Absolut unfreundliche Auskunft heute vor einer viertel Stunde am Telefon!!!!! Unhelpful, every question you ask is too much for them, terse, anything but a job seeker service, as far as retraining goes, I was only pointed out the forms to download! Absolutely unfriendly information on the phone a quarter of an hour ago today!!!!!
s	simi bone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unkompetente Betreuer, die scheinbar keine Ahnung von ihrem Job haben. Schicken unnötige "Bescheide" obwohl diese nie Angefordert wurden und zu dem keiner weiß, weswegen man einen bekommen hat (nicht mal sie selbst). "Betreuer" ist auch Super schwer zu erreichen, übernimmt also Augenscheinlich nicht einmal Verantwortung für sein Handeln. Melden einfach ohne Zustimmung zu Info-Treffen an und die "Beratung" ist völlig an der Realität vorbei. Das zusätzliche unter Druck setzen ist für mich völlig Absurd und man könnte meinen, dass man als Mensch nicht viel Wert dort hat. Also wie man merkt bin ich völlig unzufrieden. Das einzig Gute war der Service am Telefon. Sie scheinen sich nicht bewusst zu sein, dass man für solche "Existenz-Sicherungen" immer Steuer einzahlt. Dass man dann auf sich alleine gestellt ist find ich am Ziel vorbei geschossen. Incompetent supervisors who seem to have no idea about their job. Send unnecessary "notifications" although they were never requested and no one knows why you got one (not even them themselves). "Supervisor" is also super hard to get hold of, so apparently doesn't even take responsibility for his actions. Simply register for information meetings without consent and the "advice" is completely irrelevant to reality. The additional pressure is completely absurd for me and you might think that you don't have much value there as a person. So as you can see, I'm completely dissatisfied. The only good thing was the service on the phone. You don't seem to be aware that you always pay taxes for such "livelihood security". I think the fact that you are then on your own missed the target.
