Hat sich in 10 Jahren weder verändert geschweige denn gebessert.
Man hat sofort den Eindruck die arbeiten dort nicht weil sie helfen wollen sondern nur um ihre Zeit für Geld abzusitzen und um einfach NUR zu funktionieren.
Website ist einfach nur Fehleranfällig und nicht mehr zeitkonform, man kann dort nicht mal sein Passwort zurücksetzen so , dass es funktioniert.
 Little willingness to help from the service center, no competent and target-oriented solution finding possible with the people acting there.
Has not changed, let alone improved, in 10 years.
You immediately get the impression that they don't work there because they want to help, but only to serve their time for money and just to ONLY work.
Website is simply prone to errors and no longer conforms to the times, you can't even reset your password there so that it works.
