★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist nicht möglich jemanden während der Ordinationszeiten an das Telefon zu bekommen. Die Beratung ist aber super und der Doktor sehr kompetent.
It is not possible to get someone on the phone during ordination hours. The advice is great and the doctor is very competent.

Tried to call for weeks and didn't reach anyone. After 3 weeks I was informed that I could get an appointment in 3 months at the earliest .....

Ein Ersatz wäre vielleicht angebracht.
Arzt ist dafür sehr kompetent.
Receptionist is a pure disaster, unfriendly, not trying to get rid of.
A replacement might be appropriate.
Doctor is very competent for this.
