Won't go anywhere else Exactly the opposite of Kufstein. In black, people really go out of their way to get you.

M	Moritz Fröhlich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geschäft ist ok und sie haben tolle Fische. Allerdings werden Fische dort (meiner Meinung nach) nicht gut behandelt. Ich habe eine Wasserprobe mitgenommen, da ich ein Becken neu gestartet habe. Würde halbherzig gemacht und nach einem Tag waren 50% hin. Auch beim Einpacken der Fische fehlt mir der nötige Respekt für die Tiere. Werde dort nicht wieder hingehen. Business is ok and they have great fish. However, fish are not treated well there (in my opinion). I took a water sample with me as I restarted a pool. Was done half-heartedly and after a day 50% was gone. I also lack the necessary respect for the animals when packing the fish. Will not go there again.

R	Robert Müller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Netter kleiner Laden. Man wird ganz gut beraten und es gibt auch in der Aquaristik kaum etwas zu vermissen. Es wird auch mal von einer Fehlentscheidung abgeraten bevor man sie begeht. Aber auch hier kann dennoch gerne mehr hinterfragt werden, wenn ich als Kunde da rein geh und sage DEN Fisch will ich. Zumindest die Rahmenbedingungen finde ich kann man als Verkäufer hinterfragen wie wo und mit wem die Tiere dann leben sollen. Dies habe ich noch nicht beobachtet. Fragt man jedoch als Kunde so spezifisch bekommt man eine gute Beratung. Meinen Killis und PHS geht es jedenfalls noch immer blendend. Die Preise sind jedoch wirklich nicht alle ansprechend. Im Großen und Ganzen ein guter Laden. Nice little shop. You get very good advice and there is hardly anything to be missed in aquaristics. It is also advised not to make a wrong decision before committing it. But even here, more can be questioned if I go there as a customer and say I want THE fish. At least the general conditions I think can be questioned as a seller how and where and with whom the animals should then live. I have not yet observed this. However, if you ask the customer as specifically, you get good advice. In any case, my killis and PHS are still doing brilliantly. However, the prices are not really all appealing. Overall a good store.
