★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We and our children love this spa. There is enough action for each age group, like various slides, and especially in summer is the complex in the outdoor area a highlight. The food is correct and its price corresponds to the typical thermal level.

We went there with two small kids at around 10 AM, but we weren’t allowed to enter because we didn’t have online tickets and apparently to buy tickets at the gate you have to be there at 7:00 or 8:00 AM, and wait for an hour or two for them to open. There is no information about this on there website which I find very furstrating. The parking lot was full, so I guess they have plenty of customers, they don’t have to bother about the ones who get turned away at the gate. ( We were no the only ones BTW). It just paints a very bad picture about them and I won’t be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Children enjoyed it a lot. The little one (3 years) was a bit bothered my the loud sound of water hitting the objects and stayed in the baby bay only because it was much more quite. It would be good if some instructions are in English as well for those who do not understand German.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place! Me and the kids had a lots of fun.
Two cons to mention:
1. The floor next to the indoor pool is super slippery, I slipped a bumped my head just from walking.
2. Lord knows why they've placed several hazardous fences next to the outdoor cafeteria, I saw several people nearly fall face down because of their extended legs. This the reason for the 4 stars.
Management - please fix
