Dreary day in Austria and our local friend brought us here. Super neat experience for us Canadians. Good drinks, warm pools, and convenient payment with wrist bands for all things consumed which you pay for as you leave.

Saunas: lots of saunas, all but one of them "soft" saunas (mild temperatures of between 55 and 85 degrees). Only one proper sauna (95-100 degrees) which is really pretty decent. A few of the saunas are led by staff, though only once per hour for each sauna, and you will have to queue for about 10-15 minutes even on a quiet day to be guaranteed a place. Please note this queuing may be outside in sub-zero temperatures - in a towel and dressing gown. The portions of cream they give you to rub yourself in are totally inadequate, and the quality is also very chemical (I tried several, true for all except the honey which actually seems to be just honey). You will never enjoy a quiet sauna in this place; there is a constant buzz of (not remotely) "witty" banter, something which the staff only encourage. The one plunge pool they have is no-where near the saunas - why? Do you even know what a plunge pool is for? In general, this a place for people who want to say they've been to a sauna but don't really like saunas. Steam rooms: good but almost constantly full, even on weekdays. Salt tubs, etc: good but almost constantly full, even on weekdays. Capacity: this place runs almost permanently at over-capacity, and always has. This is really, really not cool. I've been a couple of times, both on weekdays and not during the school holidays, and it is STILL way too full. Aesthetics: full marks. Fairly believable Alpine feel to everything.

Facilities were nice, staff made me feel very uncomfortable. I will not be coming back.

Was visiting from London, and was so excited to visit this place after seeing photos, and expecting that this place would give me the relaxation that I very much needed. From the entrance to the end, the staff was so unprofessional. They have no customer service, super rude, wouldn’t understand a word of English/ nor did they attempt to understand or communicate. everything was so unorganized, and couldn’t wait to leave. 1 star review is actually nice. If I could give it 0, I would.

Very nice stuff! A very much variety of pools with different benefits! It's worth to pay the price!

Very nice. Beautiful at night. The water are warm enough. Definitely recommended for a 3 hours visit

Clean, fun slides, but a few too many people crammed together in the queue for the slides during a pandemic.

A bit crowded but looks and "feels" very nice. Especially the sauna-land, for those who like sauna. The Aquapulco part is fun but does not worth it for adults, as it is very expensive, but for kids it is a dreamworld indeed. The overall price is a bit high too, for 4 adults we paid 170 euro for a whole day. The parking spots are very crowded.
