â â â â â Bad price for the value... In sauna area 2meters beside the pool where people would like to rest, was the smoking area. So during"wellness" You smell terrible smoke... Entering was a real funny story. When You pay you get a paper card and a paper wrist band. You go to the cabin looking after a cupboard select an open one. Put the paper card into a little place in the cupboard. Get out a giant plastic wrist band from the cupboard door. It hides the key! So, you have 3 things to use for entering... it was not so comfortable with the giant plastic wrist band on one hand and a paper wrist band on other hand. Then of course if you use the bar you must use cash... ? So just if you are very very calm...and open minded!

â â â â â Beware this is a nudist spa. We bought two spa tickets from the lady on reception that failed to mention that no clothes were allowed in the sauna, steam room or swimming pool. We entered the facilities wearing swimming costumes and were told we had to be naked. A lady pulled at my swimming costume asking me to take it off. I was significantly younger than all the other people and felt very uncomfortable. No refund was offered and we wasted 40 euros. Swimming costumes should be optional or the reception should warn you that no clothes are allowed before you waste money on a ticket.

â â â â â Lovely and comfortable place to spend couple of hours with your family. One outside pool with a temperature of 36 degrees, which gives you quite of experience when the outside temperature is 1 degree and the surroundings are covered with snow! 3 indoor pools with different purposes, inside water slide for the children to go "one more time, please"! Thumbs up!

â â â â â Very nice facilities, really warm water, atmospheric, large saunas with a view.
What I found really disappointing though was that you cannot pay for your food with a card, you have to go back to your locker room to get some cash (even though you can pay for your tickets with a card at the entrance, which I did). People also often pay with their mobile phones which they take with them usually in the wellness area - I always do it this way(in silent mode of course). Nowadays (especially in Covid times - mind the hygienic aspect) - not offering digital, hygienic payments is really a shame (cash is the least hyginic method of payment obviously). I mentioned it to the employees, and the only reaction was: "this is how we do it for the last ten years, so what's the problem" ... ;)
