★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie bei jedem personalvermittler ist man auch hier nur ne Nummer und wird nicht wertgeschätzte, moderne sklavenarbeit diese Branche bzw. steuerzahlende Zuhälter der heutigen Zeit. 3 Monate arbeitete ich beim Kunde der mir immer wieder Aussichten zur Übernahme versprach. Als die Arbeit weniger wurde rief mich aps im Urlaub an und wollte mich in einen viel schlechteren Bereich vermitteln bei dem ich auch noch höhere Fahrtkosten gehabt hätte welche unvergütetet geblieben wären. Darüber definiert aps Arbeitskleidung anscheinend nur anhand von Schuhen. Ich kann nur jedem raten nicht zu dieser leihfirma bzw überhaupt zu einer leihfirma zu gehen.
As with any recruitment agency, you are only a number here and you will not be valued, modern slave labor in this branch or tax-paying pimps of today. I worked for 3 months for a customer who kept promising me the prospect of taking over. When the work became less, aps called me on vacation and wanted to place me in a much worse area where I would have had even higher travel costs which would have remained unpaid. In addition, aps apparently only defines workwear on the basis of shoes. I can only advise everyone not to go to this rental company or to a rental company at all.
