★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very dissapointed about the support team of this website. I have posted there only one advertisment about a furniture from the kitchen. Then I received an automatic notification that my account was permanently blocked because I violated the rules of the service SEVERAL TIMES despite warnings they sent to me.
It doesn't correspond at all to the reality. I didn't receive any warnings from the website in the past and I didn't post any advertisments. So, how I could violate the rules? I have sent 5 emails to support and ask them to exaplin the reason and to provide me with the details. I didn't get any concrete answer only very rude member of support team (Jasmin) write me in a very unpolite manner that my account has been blocked permanently.
I asked them two times to explain the reasons and I didn't get any response from them. Willhaben, your users have the right to know what they did wrong (if they did). Be professional, kind and answer to emails. This is just a minimum standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely useless customer service, primitive app and user unfriendly interface. It is not possible to report a dangerous customer in the app. The customer support does not able to understand the request. They are just sending automatic replies that have nothing to do with the request or question. This is what I experienced with my request that has been answered by Julia.
