R	Roland Koning on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een lekker hotel op een super locatie. Als je met kinderen bent die goed kunnen zwemmen is het helemaal een paradijs. Een zwemmeer naast het terras met 2 duikplanken en 2 glijbanen. Verder nog een openlucht zwembad en voetbal-en vollybalveld. Hotel heeft een lekker ontbijt en prima avondeten in keuzemenu. Kindermenu is precies wat kinderen graag willen. Ligging is ook lekker aan de rand van kirchberg. Kamers zijn oké. Niet heel groot maar prima om te verblijven. A nice hotel in a great location. If you are with children who can swim well, it is completely paradise. A swimming lake next to the terrace with 2 diving boards and 2 slides. Furthermore, an outdoor swimming pool and football and volleyball field. Hotel has a nice breakfast and fine evening meal from a choice menu. Children's menu is exactly what children want. Location is also nice on the outskirts of Kirchberg. Rooms are ok. Not very big but fine to stay.

Met voldoende sneeuw kan je tot achter hey hotel skiën. Nieuwe matrassen zou wel aan te raden zijn. A classic Austrian hotel as you would expect. Nice people and clean rooms. Not very modern, but not outdated either. With enough snow you can ski right behind hey hotel. New mattresses would be advisable.

Zimmer und Angebot von Frühstück und Abendessen sind hervorragend. Negative Kritiken, die ich hier lesen musste, sind absolut nicht nachvollziehbar. Die Lage am See und zu den Skipisten ist optimal, hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Wir werden noch oft die Gastfreundschaft und den liebevollen Service geniessen. Very, very good hotel! We come regularly and always feel very comfortable with the host family. The room and offer of breakfast and dinner are excellent. Negative reviews that I had to read here are absolutely incomprehensible. The location on the lake and the ski slopes is ideal, nothing to be desired here. We will often enjoy the hospitality and the loving service.

Except for that the management is not professional. They seem good unless you have a small problem or request about the services. They are not friendly and they don’t have a positive approach to solve the issues of guests. They have a very unprofessional attitude and even they don’t know the meaning of hospitality. Stay away from the hotel if you don’t want to get stressed.
