T	Thomas Kassel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Hof liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage am Ortsrand. Von den Zimmern aus hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf die Kitzbüheler Berge. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und kennen sich natürlich in "Ihrer" Region bestens aus. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr großzügig eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbüffet lässt keinen Wunsch offen und für Gäste gibt es auch einen Kühlschrank, so dass auch Eigenverpflegung (zum Beispiel für Wanderungen oder den Abend) gekühlt werden kann. Die meiste Zeit lässt sich kostenlos das Hallenbad / Wellnesbereich des Hotel Sunny in der Nähe nutzen. Trotz ruhiger Lage ist die Ortsmitte zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Im Sommer liegt der Naturbadesee nur wenige Schritte entfernt; Wanderwege beginnen vor der Haustür. Mit der Gästekarte können Busse und Züge im gesamten Brixental kostenlos genutzt werden. Kitzbühel ist zu Fuß, per Bus oder Bahn schnell erreichbar (ohne, dass man im Geschehen leben muss und auch ohne, dass man die Preise dort bezahlen muss). Im Winter endet die Skiabfahrt direkt vor dem Haus. Auch hier können Bus & Bahn (Zug, nicht die Bergbahn (;-)) ) kostenlos genutzt werden. Der Bauernhof gehört aufgrund seiner Ausstattung und Qualität sicher zu den eher gehobenen Unterkünften; das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Dabei sind die Gastgeber absolut unkompliziert und herzlich, so dass ein Aufenthalt dort sowohl für aktive Gäste Sinn macht - aber auch für Gäste, die Ruhe suchen. Sehr empfehlenswert! The farm is in a very quiet location on the outskirts. From the rooms you have a wonderful view of the Kitzbühel mountains. The hosts are very friendly and of course are very familiar with "your" region. The rooms are very spacious. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired and there is also a refrigerator for guests, so that self-catering (for example for hikes or the evening) can be chilled. Most of the time you can use the indoor pool / wellness area of the Hotel Sunny nearby free of charge. Despite the quiet location, the town center can be reached quickly on foot. In summer the natural bathing lake is only a few steps away; Hiking trails start on the doorstep. With the guest card, buses and trains can be used free of charge throughout Brixental. Kitzbühel can be reached quickly on foot, by bus or train (without having to live in the action and without having to pay the prices there). In winter, the ski run ends right in front of the house. Here, too, buses and trains (train, not the mountain railway (;-))) can be used free of charge. Due to its equipment and quality, the farm is certainly one of the more upscale accommodations; the price-performance ratio is right. The hosts are absolutely uncomplicated and warm, so that a stay there makes sense for both active guests - but also for guests who are looking for peace and quiet. Highly recommended!
W	Wolfi G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter, ruhiger Lage (am Badesee), kompetente, herzliche Gastgeber mit einem tollen Team; Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt (sogar selbstgemachter Graukäse); komfortables Zimmer mit eigenem Flur, großem Bad und Zugang zum Balkon der Frontseite mit Sitzgelegenheit (von wo man wunderbar den Sonnenaufgang am großen Rettenstein sehen kann). Die Heukissen sorgten für einen wunderbaren Schlaf. Das ganze Haus ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Wir kommen gerne wieder und erzählen es weiter. Beautiful house in a fantastic, quiet location (at the lake), competent, welcoming hosts with a great team; Breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired (even home-made gray cheese); comfortable room with private hall, large bathroom and access to the balcony of the front with seating (from where you can wonderfully see the sunrise on the large Rettenstein). The hay pillows made for a wonderful sleep. The whole house is lovingly and tastefully decorated and decorated. We like to come back and tell it on.

B	Bagge 88 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfekter Aufenthalt!! Das Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen, man hat von überall Ausblick auf die Berge. Es ist im gesamten Hotel sehr sehr sauber! Das Frühstück ist super lecker, alles sehr frisch!! Man kann sich sogar Eierspeisen zum Platz bringen lassen. Ins Zentrum von Kirchberg und zum Gaisberg kann man gemütlich zu Fuß laufen. Bis nach Kitzbühel sind es nicht mal 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen!! Perfect stay!! The hotel is in a beautiful location, with views of the mountains from everywhere. It is very, very clean throughout the hotel! The breakfast is super delicious, everything is very fresh! You can even have egg dishes brought to your seat. You can easily walk to the center of Kirchberg and to the Gaisberg. It is less than 10 minutes by car to Kitzbühel. The hotel is highly recommended!
