H	Hans-Guenter Groeer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren im EG mit separatem Eingang und Garten untergebracht. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und die Lage ist zentral und doch ruhig. Parken kann man direkt am Haus und die Betreuung seitens der Verwaltung ist freundlich und unkompliziert. Leider ist die Wohnung etwas in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt. Im Flur kommt ein offenes Kabel aus dem Boden, im Bad, das offenbar in einer ehemaligen Vorratskammer angelegt wurde, gibt es keine Steckdose, schon garnicht mit FI-Schalter. Die einzige erreichbare Steckdose im Flur direkt daneben ist derart ausgeleiert, daß ein Eurostecker keinen Kontakt mehr findet. In der Küche hängt eine Schranktüre an einem verbogenen Scharnier schief, in der Spülmaschine fehlen einige Einsätze. Der Garten ist ungepflegt und mußte von uns erst von einigen Hundehinterlassenschaften befreit werden. Das hätte die Endreinigung vor uns erledigen können. Bei dem sehr ambitionierten Bruttopreis von 240€/Tag finde ich eine Strafgebühr für das Überziehen des sehr frühen Checkouts um 9:30 Uhr unangemessen. Die Höhe von 15€/30min ist nicht in Ordnung, ebenso wie die Pflicht, die Betten abzuziehen - Jugendherberge? Grundsätzlich kann ich hier, wie auch in manch anderem Quartier, nur empfehlen, daß der Verwalter einmal im Jahr für ein paar Tage in jedem seiner Objekte selber wohnen möge. Dann wären viele Kleinigkeiten schnell behoben und z.B. diese Wohnung wäre problemlos auf eine 4-Sternebewertung zu heben. Damit kein falscher Eindruck entsteht: wir haben uns hier durchaus wohl gefühlt. Nur das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. We were on the ground floor with a separate entrance and garden. The apartment is spacious and the location is central and yet quiet. You can park right next to the house and the management is friendly and uncomplicated. Unfortunately, the apartment is a bit old and shabby. In the hallway an open cable comes out of the floor, in the bathroom, which was apparently laid out in a former pantry, there is no socket, least of all with an FI switch. The only accessible socket in the hallway right next to it is so worn out that a Euro plug no longer makes contact. In the kitchen, a cupboard door hangs crookedly on a bent hinge, and some inserts are missing in the dishwasher. The garden is neglected and had to be freed from some dog leftovers by us first. The final cleaning could have done that before us. With the very ambitious gross price of 240 € / day, I find a penalty fee for overstaying the very early checkout at 9:30 a.m. inappropriate. The amount of 15 € / 30min is not okay, as is the obligation to pull the beds - youth hostel? Basically, here, as in many other quarters, I can only recommend that the manager himself live in each of his properties for a few days once a year. Then many small things would be fixed quickly and e.g. this apartment could easily be raised to a 4-star rating. So that no wrong impression arises: we felt very comfortable here. Only the price-performance ratio is not right at all.
