M	Moumoune Chaballla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tout est parfait. à 400 mètres à pied du centre ville. appartement tout confort. super propre. la propriétaire est super gentille. si vous cherchez un endroit où dormir au calme avec une vue magique que la montagne... venez ici vous ne serez pas déçu bien au contraire. je recommande. rapport qualité prix impeccable everything is perfect. 400 meters walk from the city center. apartment any comfort. super clean. the owner is super nice. if you are looking for a quiet place to sleep with a magical mountain view ... come here you will not be disappointed otherwise. I recommend. value for money impeccable
R	Ra Wa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für dieses Appartement sollte es eigentlich eine Null-Sterne Bewertung geben! Ich und meine Familie waren im Januar 2019 zum Skifahren da. Über den Zustand des Apartments waren wir entsetzt! Überall war es dreckig, die Heizungen haben nicht richtig geheizt, fast kein warmes Wasser, die Bettwäsche hat gestunken u.s.w.. Das duschen mit kaltem Wasser war eine Herausforderung für jeden! Die Vermieterin ist nicht einsichtig gewesen und hat auch noch die Kontrolle verloren, fing an vor meiner kleinen Tochter rum zu schreien und die Türen zu knallen. Letztlich sind wir früher abgereist, wir wollten diese Situation nicht mehr ertragen. Ich denke die Bilder die wir gemacht haben sagen vieles aus! For this apartment, there should actually be a zero-star rating! Me and my family went skiing in January 2019. About the condition of the apartment we were horrified! Everywhere it was dirty, the heaters were not properly heated, almost no hot water, the bedding stank u.s.W .. the showers with cold water was a challenge for everyone! The landlady has not been understanding and has also lost control, began screaming in front of my little daughter and the doors to pop. In the end we left earlier, we did not want to endure this situation anymore. I think the pictures we have made say a lot!
O	Olaf Reinke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich bin ich nur durch Zufall auf dieses Haus gestossen. Eine Freundin hat mir dazu geraten. Falls du wieder einmal ruhig schlafen willst, mit den Bergen vor der Nase, dann kann ich dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Und ich war warklich positiv überrascht! Sauber, gemütlich - nicht neu und übertrieben, aber dafür einfach und mit Liebe zum Detail. Genügend Parkplatz, kein Durchzugsverkehr, sondern direkt neben der grünen Wiese und mit einigen schönen Schattenspendern, den großen Bäumen ums Haus - ein Haus das noch Charakter hat. Noch zu erwähnen ist der super Garten, den man benützen kann und auch die Ortsnähe ist toll, da man kein Auto braucht. Also wirklich ein Geheimtipp für alle die es gerne etwas ruhiger und nicht unbedingt alles nach dem neuesten Trend haben wollen. Vielen Dank nochmal! Actually, I came across this house by accident. A friend advised me to do so. If you want to sleep peacefully again with the mountains in front of you, I would highly recommend this house. And I was positively surprised! Clean, cozy - not new and exaggerated, but simple and with attention to detail. Enough parking, no through traffic, but right next to the green meadow and with some nice shade, the big trees around the house - a house that still has character. Also to be mentioned is the great garden that you can use and the proximity to the town is great as you don't need a car. So really an insider tip for those who like it a bit quieter and do not necessarily want everything to have the latest trend. Thanks again!

Es war ruhig und zugleich sehr Ortsnah. Man war innerhalb von 5 Minuten im Zentrum zu Fuß und dort hat man viele Lokale und Geschäfte zum durchbummeln und gut Essen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war angemessen. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben was wir machen könnten. Alles was wir gebraucht haben, haben wir bekommen. Wir können uns auf jeden Fall vorstellen wieder zu kommen um vielleicht einmal Skifahren zu gehen in der Region oder im Sommer die Almen zu erkunden und zu Wandern. My girlfriend and I stayed in this apartment house for a weekend in Kaprun in autumn 2019. The location of the property was very good. It was quiet and at the same time very close to the place. You were within 5 minutes walking distance to the center and there you have many restaurants and shops to stroll through and good food. The rooms were very clean and the value for money was reasonable. The landlady was very friendly and helpful and gave us lots of good tips on what to do. We got everything we needed. We can definitely imagine coming back to go skiing in the region, or in summer to explore the alpine pastures and go hiking.

Es gab einen schönen Platz im Carport für meine Maschine, das Wohnzimmer war klein aber praktikabel und gemütlich. Das Bett war super bequem und die Terrasse mit Blick auf Berge und Skilift ist riesig! Das Badezimmer war sauber. Eine Küche hatte mein Zimmer nicht, aber das war auch nicht nötig, ich hatte eh einen Gaskocher dabei für den Kaffee, und Frühstück gibt es unterwegs. Die Wirtin war nett. Ich würde wieder her kommen. Gute Lage für einen Tagestrip zum Großglockner und Kötschach-Mauthen. I stayed here for 2 nights with my motorcycle in July 2020. There was a nice place in the carport for my machine, the living room was small but practical and cozy. The bed was super comfortable and the terrace with a view of the mountains and the ski lift is huge! The bathroom was clean. My room didn't have a kitchen, but that wasn't necessary either, I had a gas stove with me for coffee anyway, and breakfast is served on the way. The landlady was nice. I would come back again. Good location for a day trip to the Großglockner and Kötschach-Mauthen.
