★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For mange påbud per skilte, ingen østrigsk gæst frihed som du finder andre steder, ellers god placering i henhold til lift systemet flachau, du kan gå der hen på små 10 min.
Too many injunctions per sign, no Austrian guest freedom as you find elsewhere, otherwise good location according to the lift system flachau, you can walk there in small 10 min.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine schöne Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage und man kann gut zu Fuß zur Liftanlage Achtejet (Haupt-Gondel im Skigebiet Flachau) gehen. Allerdings war in dem Apartment keine Geschirrhandtücher, Toaster, Backpapiert u.ä. vorhanden und wir mussten z.B. Spühlmaschienentabs vor Ort extra kaufen. Es ist also empfehlenswert, eigene Utensielien mitzubringen. Außerdem gab es (in unserem 3er Apartment) nur 3 Teller, 3 Tassen, 3 Messer/Gabeln/Löfel usw. Man musste also nach jeder Mahlzeit entweder eine fast leere Spühlmaschiene anstellen oder von Hand abwaschen. Das war ziemlich nervig und Zeitauffendig. Zudem wurden überall Warn- und Regelhinweise aufgehangen, was den Eindruck machte, als wenn die Reisenden irgendwie nicht so inteligent seien und alles irgendwie überwacht würde.
Fazit: Ein wirklich schönes Apartment in sehr guter Lage aber es wirkt nicht wirklich herzlich und willkommen.
A beautiful apartment in a central location and you can easily walk to the lift Achtejet (main gondola in the ski area Flachau) go. However, in the apartment no dish towels, toaster, baking paper and the like. available and we had to Spühlmaschienentabs buy extra locally. It is therefore recommended to bring your own Utensielien. In addition, there were (in our apartment 3) only 3 plates, 3 cups, 3 knives / forks / Löfel, etc. So you had to do after each meal, either an almost empty Spühlmaschiene or wash by hand. That was pretty annoying and time consuming. In addition, warnings and rules were hung everywhere, which made the impression as if the travelers were somehow not so inteligent and everything would be monitored somehow.
Conclusion: a really nice apartment in a very good location but it does not really warm and welcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nette kamers maar te klein als appartement. Geen echte zithoek, klein tafeltje met 2 stoelen.
Douche prima en ruim. Helaas wel erg gehorig. Zeker als mensen s'ochtends gaan ontbijten in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte voor jouw kamer (wij hadden nr 11), niet echt fijn. Lekker dichtbij de piste (achterjet) en skibus.

Neat rooms but too small as an apartment. No real sitting area, small table with 2 chairs.
Shower fine and spacious. Unfortunately very noisy. Especially when people go for breakfast in the common room in front of your room (we had no 11), not really nice. Nice and close to the slopes (rear jet) and ski bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordentliches, straff geführtes Haus (sehr viele Verbots-und Gebotsschilder) an einer auch nachts oft stark befahrenen Straße. Das Appartement (TypA) war eigentlich ein Doppelzimmer, in welches noch eine Küchenzeile eingebaut wurde. Die Wohnung war sauber, aber das Kücheninventar sehr sparsam bemessen.
Neat, taut house (lots of prohibition and mandatory signs) on a street that is often busy even at night. The apartment (type A) was actually a double room, in which a kitchenette was installed. The apartment was clean, but the kitchen inventory was very economical.
