 Very loud traffic noise. Carelessly decorated rooms, generally hospital-like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lieber Robert, da habt Ihr eine super Unterkunft geschaffen, in der man einen entspannten Urlaub in Flachau verbringen kann. Das Studio ist perfekt und praktisch eingerichtet. Es ist modern und technisch vollkommen ausgestattet. Auch unser Auto fühlte sich dank Tiefgarage geborgen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher im nächsten Jahr wieder. Bis dahin alles Gute.

Dear Robert, You have created a great place to spend a relaxing holiday in Flachau. The studio is perfect and practical. It is modern and technically fully equipped. Our car felt safe thanks to the underground car park. We felt very comfortable and will be back next year. Until then, all the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good price, nice host, very nice and clean apartments with huge TV screen, simple kitchen, nice shower :-). The most awesome thing is that everything is keyless. Never lose your key... unless you forget your code ;)
Just a few things they could improve upon: the locks on the skiraum are sometimes broken (not a big deal since the Skiraum itself is locked). It would we nice to know beforehand that you need to turn on the heating yourself in the Skiraum (otherwise your boots will remain wet) and the heating in the bathroom is so close to the door that you cannot dry your clothes over it without blocking the door of the bathroom. All really small things but they may be nice if they could be fixed.
FYI It's an 8 minutes walk to the Damfkessl/ Ski slope, or take the bus (that's a 3 minutes walk) to the other slopes.

Location have underground garage and ski raum with trockener ski schrank,during the night,your ski shoes will be dry.
Everything was perfect,and will be back at this location,with first ocasion.
