Ich stehe um 10 Uhr vor App Stroid und warte 30 Minuten vor dem geschlossenen Laden. Nach einer Weile kommt von der Pizzeria nebenan ein Mann der mir sagte, dass der App Stroid Besitzer Sonntags meistens erst um 12 erscheint. Da ich schon 30 Minuten gewartet habe und hoffte das er doch noch bald kommt, stand ich noch bis 11.20 vor dem Geschäft. Keine Spur. Eine absolute Frechheit, nachdem DPD nicht mal versucht hat mein Paket zu liefern (War den gesamten Tag zuhause und es war kein Auto in meiner Straße). So etwas sollte man Anzeigen. On December 23rd I wanted to pick up a package at 10 a.m., which I wanted to give away for Christmas on December 24th. I stand in front of the Stroid app at 10 a.m. and wait 30 minutes before the shop is closed. After a while a man comes from the pizzeria next door who told me that the Stroid app owner usually doesn't appear until 12 on Sundays. Since I had already waited 30 minutes and hoped that he would come soon, I was in front of the shop until 11:20. Not a trace. An absolute cheek after DPD did not even try to deliver my package (I was at home all day and there was no car on my street). Something like that should be advertised.

Wollte mir meine Bestellung von DPD abholen und nachdem der Mitarbeiter sich nicht mal die Mühe gemacht hat, mein Paket zu suchen (großes Chaos im Geschäft) hat er mir einfach ein fremdes Paket in die Hand gedrückt und wollte, dass ich gehe. Auf meine Bitte hin, dass Paket nochmal zu suchen ist der Mitarbeiter laut und unfreundlich geworden und hat mich im Anschluss ignoriert. Dieser Shop sollte keine Pakete mehr in die Hand bekommen, denn es hat den Eindruck gemacht, dass sie mit den dort zu erledigenden Aufgaben überfordert sind. Ich werde NIE wieder ein Paket von diesem Shop holen! Absolutely bad and extremely unfriendly service !! Wanted to pick up my order from DPD and after the employee has not even bothered to look for my package (a big mess in the shop) he has just pressed a strange package into my hand and wanted me to go. At my request, that package to look again, the staff has become loud and unfriendly and ignored me afterwards. This shop should no longer get packages in hand, because it has the impression that they are overwhelmed with the tasks to be done there. I will NEVER get another package from this shop!

M	Melli M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online gesehen das mein Paket dort abgeliefert wurde. Wohne im 4ten Nähe 1. Bezirk und der Shop kann nicht der nächste sein. Hab mich trotz Ausgangseinschränkung auf den Weg gemacht und als ich dann endlich dort war und "bedient" wurde, wurde ich ohne Paket weggeschickt weil er es nicht suchen wollte. Absolutes Chaos in diesem Geschäft. Hoffe das ich mein Paket morgen bekomme. Seen online that my package was delivered there. Live in the 4th near 1st district and the shop cannot be the next. The guy behind the counter is quite friendly but he's not wearing a mask and often there's another person not wearing one either. But I guess it's not important. It's not like tens of thousands have died and hundreds of thousands are suffering from long-covid.
