Super nice and competent people there. It sounds stupid for a pharmacy, but the customer service clearly has a feel-good factor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ die damen alle sehr nett, jedoch der herr.. naja. wenn man so mit kunden umspringt und unfreundlich ist, ist es wohl besser ein stück weiter zu fahren zu einer anderen apotheke

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne Apotheke im Zentrum von Frankenmarkt. Sehr modern eingerichtet und verkauft auch viele alternative Produkte neben den klassischen Arzneimittel. Zum Beispiel auch praktisches Werkzeug wie professionelle Nagelscheren und Skalpelle. Die Mitarbeiter sind stehts freundlich und kompetent und helfen wo sie können.
Very nice pharmacy in the center of Frankenmarkt. Furnished in a very modern way and also sells many alternative products in addition to classic medicines. For example, practical tools such as professional nail scissors and scalpels. The staff are always friendly and competent and help where they can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warte oft Ewigkeiten, bis der allmächtige Chef mal gestattet, mein Allergiemedikament zu erhalten. Die Damen dürfen hier nichts. Komische Hierarchie.
I often wait ages for the almighty boss to allow me to receive my allergy medication. The ladies are not allowed to do anything here. weird hierarchy.
