Das erste mal im Dezember. Bezahlt habe ich als deutscher Staatsbürger 30€. Ergebnis war am nächsten Tag da jedoch war ein Tippfehler und ich wurde 7 Jahre älter eingetragen . 1992 statt 1999.
Nächster Test heute gewesen, am Telefon Deutlich drauf hingewiesen das beim letzten Mal ein Tippfehler war und wir sind am Telefon die Daten zweimal durch gegangen .
Vor Ort nochmal auf den Fehler hingewiesen und die Ausweise abgegeben zum Daten Abgleich .
Und, was passiert ?
Schon wieder ein Tipp Fehler. Diesmal bei mir und meinem Mann ! Unsere Namen wurden beide falsch geschrieben somit sind die Dokumente für unsere morgige Auslandsreise nicht gültig ! Es ist eine Frechheit. Anscheinend wird man garnicht ernst genommen . Diesmal sogar statt 30€, 50€ bezahlt !
Morgen früh werde ich vor Ort in der Apotheke sein und sollte es nicht möglich sein die Dokumente sofort auszubessern, werde ich ihnen unsere Tickets für die Auslandsreise in Rechnung stellen .
Das war definitiv das wir das letzte mal bei der Apotheke waren .
Second time there for a PCR test.
The first time in December. As a German citizen, I paid €30. The result was the next day, but there was a typo and I was entered 7 years older. 1992 instead of 1999.
Next test was today, on the phone It was clearly pointed out that there was a typo last time and we went through the data twice on the phone.
The error was pointed out again on site and the ID cards handed in for data comparison.
And what happens ?
Another typo error. This time with me and my husband! Our names were both spelled wrong so the documents are not valid for our trip abroad tomorrow! That is rude. Apparently you are not taken seriously at all. This time even paid 50€ instead of 30€!
Tomorrow morning I will be there at the pharmacy and if it is not possible to correct the documents immediately, I will charge you for our tickets for the trip abroad.
That was definitely the last time we were at the pharmacy.
