★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Große, helle Apotheke im SMS (Shopping Meile Steyregg) mit freundlicher und guter Beratung für kleine und große Wehwehchen. Wir sind dort Stammkunde (mit 2 Kindern nichts ungewöhnliches;) und waren bisher immer sehr zufrieden.
Large, bright pharmacy in the SMS (Shopping Mile Steyregg) with friendly and good advice for small and large ailments. We are regular customers there (nothing unusual with 2 children;) and have always been very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unsere ganze Familie ist regelmäßig Kunde in der Steyregger Apotheke, bis jetzt gab es keine Probleme. Leider wurde ich letzte Woche enttäuscht. Ich habe mit einem Rezept vom Arzt den Impfstoff für meine 2-jährige Tochter von dort abgeholt. Leider wurde mir fälschlicherweise ein Impfstoff für Erwachsenen mitgegeben. Da ich zu diesem Zeitpunkt gerade eine quengelige Tochter in der Hand hatte, habe ich den Impfstoff nicht kontrolliert und habe erst beim Arzt 1 Monat später bemerkt, dass mir die Apothekerin einen Impfstoff für Erwachsene mitgegeben hat. Trotz richtiger Lagerung wurde der Impfstoff nicht zurückgenommen, und ich erhielt auch keinen Kostenersatz. Das Verschulden liegt meines Erachtens auf ihrer Seite. Es empfiehlt sich also die Produkte, die man ausgehändigt bekommt, soweit möglich zu kontrollieren.
Our whole family is a regular customer of the Steyregger pharmacy, so far there have been no problems. Unfortunately I was disappointed last week. I picked up the vaccine for my 2 year old daughter from there with a prescription from the doctor. Unfortunately, I was mistakenly given an adult vaccine. Since I was holding a whimpering daughter at the time, I did not check the vaccine and only noticed 1 month later that the pharmacist had given me a vaccine for adults. Despite proper storage, the vaccine was not withdrawn and I was not reimbursed. In my opinion, the fault is on their side. It is therefore advisable to check the products that are handed out as far as possible.
