Wenn Medikamente nicht lagernd oder erhältlich sind, findet man gemeinsam mit den Pharmazeuten eine Lösung. Hilfestellung bei Unklarheiten und das auch in diesen Zeiten. Trotz hohen Kundenaufkommens gehen sie auf Wünsche und Probleme der einzelnen Kunden ein. Das testen funktioniert einwandfrei. Man bekommt super schnell einen Termin (auch wenn man keinen Termin hat). Telefonisch sehr höflich betreut worden. Die junge, dunkelhaarige Apothekerin beim Testen sehr freundlich und geduldig, die vorsichtig und mit Fingerspitzengefühl die Probe nimmt. Selten so gute Erfahrung gemacht. Dass manchmal Wartezeiten entstehen ist logisch, ich nehme sie gerne in Kauf. Ein großes Lob und danke an das gesamte Team. Kann diese Apotheke nur empfehlen. Extremely competent and friendly staff.
