J	Jana Dürr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann die schlechten Rezensionen nicht nachvollziehen, wir wurden sehr freundlich bedient. Sie hatten alles da was wir wollten. I can't understand the bad reviews, we were served very friendly. They had everything we wanted.

Sinz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn Ibuprofen 400mg gewünscht ist und man 300mg mit den Worten bekommt, dass es das Maximale im freiverkäuflichen Bereich in Österreich waere(dies aber nicht stimmt),dann verdient man eig. keinen Stern. Ich weiß nicht was das sollte, das war allerdings eine absolut schwache Leistung! If ibuprofen 400mg is desired and you get 300mg saying that it would be the maximum in the over-the-counter range in Austria (but this is not true) then you do not deserve a star. I do not know what that was, but that was an absolutely weak performance!
S	Simon TDog on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generell wurden wir freundlich behandelt und sind sogar ohne Termin sofort dran gekommen weil ein platz frei wurde. Der Covid 19 schnelltest wurde sofort durchgeführt und wir haben in unter 5 Minuten die Papiere mit dem Negativergebniss bekommen. Der spaß kostet ca 54€ pro Person und laut der netten Dame bei der Anmeldung kriegen wir das geld von der Krankenkasse wieder. Anschließend haben wir sofort uns bei unseren Krankenkassen gemeldet und uns wurde sofort gesagt das gar nix übernommen wird weil wir ja nicht krank sind. Jetzt im nachhinein fällt uns auch auf das wir nicht mal das Testergebnis gesehen haben. Ich bezweifel das der Schnelltest ordentlich durchgeführt wurde. Ergo komm ich mir ehrlich gesagt abgezockt vor. Schnell dazwischen geschoben um schnell viel geld zu verdienen. Ich wollte einen richtigen Schnelltest und nicht nur einen Zettel mit negativ Ergebniss. Zudem bekomme ich auch mein Geld sehr wahrscheinlich nicht wieder. SEHR UNBEFRIEDIGEND. In general, we were treated in a friendly manner and even got on without an appointment because a place was vacant. The Covid 19 quick test was carried out immediately and we received the papers with the negative results in less than 5 minutes. The fun costs about 54 € per person and according to the nice lady at the registration we get the money back from the health insurance. Then we immediately reported to our health insurers and we were immediately told that nothing would be covered because we are not sick. Now, in retrospect, we also notice that we haven't even seen the test result. I doubt the quick test was done properly. Ergo, to be honest, I feel ripped off. Quickly put in between to earn a lot of money quickly. I wanted a real quick test and not just a slip of paper with negative results. In addition, I will most likely not get my money back. VERY UNSATISFACTORY.

Auf die Bitte nach einer Hydrocortison-Salbe wurde mir in extrem schnippischem Ton mitgeteilt,diese würde ich nur bekommen, wenn ich Arzt sei. Meine Anmerkung, dass es doch diverse OTC Mittel mit dem Wirkstoff gäbe wurde glatt verneint, diese seien in Österreich nicht zugelassen. Ein Blick ins Internet zeigt, dass dies nicht stimmt, denn man findet die Produkte bei jeder Internet Apotheke. Unverschämter Tonfall und dazu noch falsche Informationen. Einer Apotheke, die der Patientengesundheit verpflichtet sein sollte unwürdig ! I have never experienced such unfriendly service in a pharmacy. When I was asked for a hydrocortisone ointment, I was told in an extremely snappy tone that I would only get this if I was a doctor. My comment that there are various OTC agents with the active ingredient was flatly denied, they are not approved in Austria. A look on the Internet shows that this is not true, because you can find the products at every Internet pharmacy. Outrageous tone of voice and wrong information on top of that. A pharmacy that should be committed to patient health should be unworthy!
J	Jose IJedema on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly people. Snappy. Grumpy. Didn’t help us well at all. Instead, gave us something we didn’t need (but didn’t know at that time) and snapped at us to pay. Wouldn’t go there again.
