Kein grüß Gott kein, kein bitte, kein Danke, kein auf wiedersehen... überhaupt keine Höflichkeit. Wenn die alte Dame mit Brille und dunklen Haaren keine lust zu arbeiten hat, soll sie in die Pension gehen. Noch nie erlebt sowas!!!
 A total disaster!
No hello no, no please, no thanks, no goodbye ... no politeness at all. If the old lady with glasses and dark hair doesn't feel like working, she should retire. Never experienced anything like that!

Ich gehe jetzt über 2 Jahre sehr oft in die Johannes Apotheke und ich bin absolut zufrieden und begeistert. Die Beratung, das Sortiment und nicht zuletzt die sehr freundlichen und kompetenten Damen es stimmt einfach alles in der Johannes Apotheke. Schade, dass es nur 5 Sterne zu vergeben gibt, verdient wären mindestens 10.

I have been going to Johannes Apotheke very often for over 2 years now and I am absolutely satisfied and enthusiastic. The advice, the range and last but not least the very friendly and competent ladies - everything is just right in the Johannes Apotheke. Too bad there are only 5 stars, at least 10 are deserved.
