Ich kann nicht verstehen warum sind wir als Stammkunden den Personal und der Besitzerrin diese Apotheke egal, es kommt keine Antwort auf die Kommentate. Als langjärige kunde dieser Apotheke habe ich mich beschlossen nie wieder dort einzukaufen bis die Besitzerin eine Erklärung mitteilt. Heute war ich dort und die Dame ohne Begrüßung hat mich nur ignoriert ob ich luft wäre The staff are becoming more and more unfriendly. I can't understand why we as regular customers don't care about the staff or the owner of this pharmacy, there is no response to the comments. As a long-standing customer of this pharmacy, I have decided never to buy there again until the owner gives an explanation. Today I was there and the lady without a greeting just ignored me if I was airy
G	Gerald Eppinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Kundin vor mir fiel die Werbeblätter vom Verkaufspult und versuchte mit dem Fuß einfach zur Seite zu schieben, als ich sie darauf aufmerksam machte hob diese wieder die Blätter auf Problem gelöst. Daraufhin wurde ich von einer Angestellten nieder gemacht was ich mir erlaube das wäre ihr Problem und ich wäre unfreundlich liebe Leute so funktioniert das System im heutigen Österreich, warum ich das betone brauch ich wohl nicht erwähnen. Werde natürlich den Konsumtenschutz informieren. A customer in front of me dropped the advertising leaflets from the sales counter and tried to push aside with her foot when I pointed this out to her, she lifted the leaflets again, problem solved. Then I was put down by an employee, what I allow myself that would be their problem and I would be rude dear people this is how the system works in Austria today, why I emphasize that I don't need to mention. I will of course inform consumer protection.

Die junge Verkäuferin wollte mir letzte Woche leider abgelaufene Medikamente verkaufen, bis ich selber aufmerksam geworden bin und fragte was die Markierung auf der Packung bedeutet, Natürlich ist sie nervös geworden und sofort alles weggestellt. Attention!!!! This was once a pharmacy with a heart, today unfortunately only a moneymaker. Unfortunately, the young saleswoman wanted to sell me expired medicines last week, until I noticed myself and asked what the marking on the pack meant. Of course she got nervous and immediately put everything away.
S	S M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn ich könnte würde ich 0 Sterne vergeben.. Das ist eine absolute Frechheit! Für ausreichende Beratung wird sich in dieser Apotheke keine Zeit genommen. Mitarbeiter wirken gestresst, inkompetent und äußerst unfreundlich. Die Inhaberin ist immer in einer „Besprechung“ und selten bis garnicht zu erreichen. Sie wirkt mit ihrem hochroten Kopf und ihrer Fahne höchst alkoholisiert… hat mir schon 4 Mal falsche Medikamente abgegeben!! Das darf in einer Apotheke nicht passieren! Mich würde wirklich interessieren , was die Apothekerkammer dazu sagt. Vielleicht sollte man da mal nachfragen ;) Für mich hat diese Apotheke als vertrauenswürdige Anlaufstelle komplett versagt. Es ist schade was aus dieser schönen Apotheke geworden ist, die früher mal sehr sehr gut geführt worden ist. I would give 0 stars if I could.. This is an absolute disgrace! This pharmacy does not take the time to provide adequate advice. Employees seem stressed, incompetent and extremely unfriendly. The owner is always in a "meeting" and can rarely be reached at all. She looks highly intoxicated with her red face and her flag... has already given me the wrong medication 4 times!! This must not happen in a pharmacy! I would be really interested in what the Chamber of Pharmacists says about this. Maybe you should ask ;) For me, this pharmacy has completely failed as a trustworthy point of contact. It is a pity what has become of this beautiful pharmacy, which used to be very, very well run.

Man hat mir diesen Stab in die Nase so weit hinauf geführt, dass meine Schleimhäute so verletzt wurden, dass ich nichts mehr riechen konnte. Es gibt genug andere Apotheken. Very unfriendly staff. The staff doing the Covid test has no experience. They pushed this stick up my nose so far that my mucous membranes were so injured that I couldn't smell anything anymore. There are enough other pharmacies.

F	Frank Campbell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought a precription from eye doctor at 11:00. They said i should pick it up in an hour. I came back at 14:00 hrs and the prescription was not even started. They then finished it in 2 minutes. No apologies or explanation. In fact unfriendly. And since it was done in a few minutes why waste my time and send me away the first time? To be avoided!
