Auswahl ausreichend ggf werden Produkte/Medikamente bestellt, auch das läuft reibungslos. Besonders möchte ich hervorheben dass der Mensch als Patient im Vordergrund steht und es werden keine Zusatzprodukte übertrieben angepriesen. I feel extremely well looked after in this pharmacy! So much time is taken for advice that no questions remain unanswered. Adequate selection If necessary, products / medicines are ordered, which also runs smoothly. I would particularly like to emphasize that the focus is on people as patients and no additional products are overly advertised.

Man fühlt sich immer gut beraten. Since living in Liebenau, I have been visiting the pharmacy on Grünanger with my concerns. All employees are competent, courteous and helpful. You always feel well advised.

Sie nehmen sich auch wirklich Zeit das Optimale für die Kunden zu finden. Ich persönlich vertraue Ihnen wesentlich mehr als meinem Hausarzt. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. As far as I can assess it as a loan, it is a technical break. They also really take the time to find the best for their customers. I personally trust you much more than my family doctor.

Eine Apotheke sowie die Mitarbeiter*innen haben eigentlich die Aufgabe professionell zu sein und eine kompetente Auskunft zu erteilen. Dies ist hier jedoch beides nicht der Fall gewesen! Besonders die ältere Dame mit den dunklen Haaren und Brille war besonders unfreundlich und wird bei der Apothekerkammer gemeldet. Einmal und nie wieder! I have never been treated so condescendingly! It's really cheeky. A pharmacy and its employees actually have the task of being professional and providing competent information. However, this was not the case here! The older lady with the dark hair and glasses was especially unfriendly and will be reported to the Chamber of Pharmacists. Once and never again!
