Macht man das nicht, wird man als Mitarbeiter schnell abgeschossen, weil über diese alle Kommunikation geht. Der Laden funktioniert nach althergebrachtem Prinzip. Wer länger dabei ist, schwimmt oben, die anderen unten. Ich verließ dieses Unternehmen nach 1,5 Jahren Mitarbeit. Und das war gut so.
