★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider musste ich eine sehr unangenehme Erfahrung machen und bin überhaupt nicht zufrieden mit dem Service im Print It Shop.
An der Bindung meiner Bachelorarbeit bemerkte ich bei der Abholung Qualitätsmängel (Klebespuren und Schmutzstreifen). Obwohl sich ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter sogleich um meine Rückfrage zu dem Schaden bemühte, wurde unser Gespräch von einem weiteren Mitarbeiter unterbrochen. In sehr unfreundlichem Ton wurde mir aufbrausend unterstellt, kleinlich zu sein, und mir wurde als Kundin die Schuld für den Mangel zugeschoben, denn "Ich hätte mich ja auch für die teurere Variante entscheiden können".
Schade um die 60€.
Um meine Arbeit ordentlich abgeben zu könnnen, muss ich mich nun leider noch einmal an einen anderen Copyshop wenden.
Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience and I am not happy at all with the service at Print It Shop.
When I picked up the binding of my bachelor thesis, I noticed quality defects (traces of glue and dirt streaks). Although a friendly employee tried to answer my questions about the damage, our conversation was interrupted by another employee. In a very unfriendly tone, I was accused of being petty, and as a customer I was blamed for the defect, because "I could have opted for the more expensive option".
Too bad about 60 €.
In order to be able to submit my work properly, I unfortunately have to go to another copy shop again.
