M	Margarethe Geir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unser Urlaub war sehr erholsam!!!! Das Wasser vom Faaker-See klar und rein. Die Temperatur des Wasser der Jahreszeit entsprechend gut. Die Ruhe in der Anlage sehr erholsam. Die Wohnung sehr sauber, ruhig mit einer sehr freundlichen Beratung und auch die Empfehlungen für das Kulinarische sind ausgezeichnet. Wir waren schon zum 2. Mal bei der Fam. Domenig und werden auch im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen. Eine schöne Zeit und ein gesundes Jahr, dass wünschen wir der Familie Domenig und auch dem Personal! The tranquility in the area very relaxing. The apartment very clean, quiet with a very friendly advice and also the recommendations for the culinary are excellent. We were already for the 2nd time with the family Domenig and will come back next year. Have a nice time and a healthy year, that we wish the family Domenig and the staff! Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von Frau Domenig erwartet, unser Apartment Mittagskogel und alles weiter wichtig gezeigt. Die Apartmentanlage liegt traumhaft gelegen direkt am See, auf einem herrlichen Seegrundstück mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den See, die Umgebung und den Berg Mittagskogel. Die gesamte Anlage ist Top gepflegt, alles sehr sehr sauber und in einem 1a Zustand. Die Mitglieder der Familie aber auch die Mitarbeiter sind höflich, hilfsbereit und haben uns unsere Wünsche von den Lippen abgelesen. So stellt man sich einen Top Service vor. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt so genossen, dass wir noch am Faakersee entschlossen haben im September 2020 nochmals bei der Familie Domenig Urlaub zu machen. Dieser Urlaub war einer der schönsten den wir jemals gemeinsam erlebt haben. My wife and I stayed from 6/12. Until June 20th On vacation in the apartment-am-see. When we arrived we were expected by Ms. Domenig, shown our apartment Mittagskogel and everything else important. The apartment complex is fantastically located directly on the lake, on a beautiful lake plot with a wonderful view of the lake, the surroundings and the Mittagskogel mountain. The entire area is very well maintained, everything was very, very clean and in top condition. The members of the family but also the staff are polite, helpful and have read our wishes from our lips. This is how you imagine top service. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to stay at the Faakersee September 2020 to go on vacation again with the Domenig family. This vacation was one of the most beautiful we have ever experienced together.
M	M S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolle Anlage in einer traumhaften Lage und sehr nette Vermieter, die immer ein offenes Ohr haben. Auch die Sauberkeit der Appartements war absolut top! Wir sind mit Kleinkind gereist und haben vom Kinderbett bis zum Windeleimer alles bereits bei Ankunft im Appartement vorgefunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder :) Great facility in a fantastic location and very nice landlords who always have an open ear. The cleanliness of the apartments was also absolutely great! We traveled with a toddler and found everything from the cot to the diaper pail in the apartment upon arrival. We'd love to come back :)

Die Frühstücksbox war der Knaller- sogar frisches Gebäck vom Bäcker- megalecker! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder:) 100% recommendation! Everything was really perfect - cleanliness: great, hospitality: great, room: great, atmosphere: great! The breakfast box was a hit - even fresh pastries from the baker - mega delicious! We would like to come again:)
U	Uli Uli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne und ruhige Apartments mit direktem Seezugang (über eine recht steile Treppe allerdings). Die Aussicht ist sehr schön, die Gastgeber sind freundlich. Das Appartement ist mit allem ausgestattet , was man braucht, zudem gibt es einen Brötchen Service und einen kleinen Shop, wo man sich rund um die Uhr z.B. eine Flasche Wein zu sehr akzeptablen Preisen kaufen kann. Es gab hier keine negativen Punkte. Very nice and quiet apartments with direct access to the lake (though quite steep stairs). The view is very nice, the hosts are friendly. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, there is also a bread roll service and a small shop where you can buy a bottle of wine at very reasonable prices around the clock. There were no negative points here.

Leider hat sich dann ein Umstand ereignet der uns sehr geärgert und enttäuscht hat. Durch einen Zufall, eine Unachtsamkeit, oder ich weiß nicht wie ich es nennen soll, hat man uns die internen Infos, die die Familie Domenig oder ihre Mitarbeiter über uns angelegt haben, zugemailt. Was da an niederträchtigen, beleidigenden und diskriminierenden Notizen und Äußerungen über zahlende Gäste, die sich wohl verhalten haben und über die nicht das leiseste an Beschwerden vorgekommen ist, ist bemerkenswert und vielleicht in der österreichischen Hotellerie beispiellos, im Negativen! Alles was ich hier schreibe, ist beweisbar! Sollten Sie Alle, die sich überlegen in diesem Unternehmen Quartier zu nehmen, ihr Würde als Mensch behalten wollen, rate ich davon ab hier zu wohnen. Es gibt in der Gegend sicher genügend andere schöne Apartments! Es gilt die Unschuldsvermutung! Until recently, I would have shared all the positive impressions reported here. Unfortunately, a circumstance then occurred which annoyed and disappointed us greatly. By chance, carelessness, or I don't know what to call it, we were emailed the internal information that the Domenig family or their employees had created about us. The vile, insulting and discriminatory notes and statements about paying guests who behaved well and about whom not the slightest complaint was made is remarkable and perhaps unprecedented in the Austrian hotel industry, in the negative! Everything I write here is provable! If you want to keep your dignity as a human being for anyone considering staying with this company, I would advise against staying here. There are certainly plenty of other beautiful apartments in the area! It is the presumption of innocence!

Overall we though the stay was excellent, the apartment was spacious, clean and quiet with a stunning view. It was high standard and modern, well equipped and perfect for a family of our size. Hotel facilities were excellent, each apartment has allocated beach seats so no que, there is a small playground with a sandbox which was fantastic when the kids were not swimming. The staff were super friendly and helpful, its family run and chances are you speaking to one of the owners at the reception, also clear that they pay attention details. Would highly recommend this apartment out of all the guest houses and hotels we stayed in in Austria, it was very modern and faaker see is a beautiful lake.
