★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich Qualität der Zimmer mittelmäßig Chef extrem unfreundlich ziemlich ab gerocktes Loch glauben sie sind an der cote azure am Abend darf man nicht laut reden in der Früh beim Frühstück auch nicht weil man ja Gäste stören könnte Betten ungemütlich Zimmer in den 80 ern ausgestattet worden und billig hergerichtet auf einfache Fragen bekommt man freche Antworten typisch Österreich nur teuer und null Qualität
 Unfriendly quality of the rooms mediocre boss extremely unfriendly quite a rocky hole believe they are on the cote azure in the evening you are not allowed to talk loudly in the morning at breakfast because you could disturb guests beds uncomfortable rooms in the 80s and cheap prepared for simple questions you get cheeky answers typically Austrian only expensive and zero quality

Danke für diesen angenehmen kurzen Aufenthalt!!
Rooms are very clean, staff very courteous / helpful and friendly, kitchen (dinner / breakfast) sensationally good and waiters more than tried hard.
Thank you for this pleasant short stay!

Hotel Kanz is a beautiful place to be on holiday or vacation. The Faaker See is an oasis of peace and tranquility but also action and fun. The Kanz brothers are absolutely great

als fünfköpfige Familie (mit vielen Extrawünschen beim Abendessen) kann ich dieses Hotel wirklich nur empfehlen!
Klar es ist kein Neubau aber dafür wirklich super gepflegt und sauber! Auch das Essen ist wirklich ausgezeichnet! Auch der private Seezugang mit eigenen Liegen ist wirklich top!
Great family hotel!
As a family of five (with lots of extra wishes for dinner) I can really only recommend this hotel!
Sure it is not a new building but it is really well maintained and clean! The food is really excellent too! The private lake access with your own loungers is also really great!
