Ich war ja selber bei dem Beratungsgespräch dabei und fand es sehr anschaulich, dass du von den betreffenden Produkten Muster dabei hattest. Dies hat sicher die Kaufentscheidung bei Frau Hill sehr erleichtert. An dem Tag, als der Sonnenschutz montiert wurde, war ich zwar nicht dabei, aber kurz nachdem du bzw. deine Mitarbeiter vor Ort angefangen habt eurer Arbeit nachzugehen, bekam ich einen Anruf von Frau Hill, die mir begeistert mitteilte, wie sauber und ordentlich ihr arbeitet. Einen Kunden mit seiner Arbeit zu begeistern ist das Beste, was einem passieren kann, und dass du bzw. ihr diese Begeisterung bei Frau Hill, einer sehr genauen und „pingeligen“ Person (ich kann das aus eigener Erfahrung sagen) hervorgerufen habt, zeugt wirklich von handwerklicher Qualität, die deinen Betrieb auszeichnet!
