Personal jedenfalls überfordert. Zu zweit 40 Tische aufdecken, abräumen und Buffet nachlegen - das funktioniert halt nicht!! (ansonsten mit 5 Sternen bewertet) Rooms modern, comfortable and clean, self check-in worked perfectly, plenty of parking spaces. Breakfast in the kirchberger Hof was chaotic but okay. In any case, the staff was overwhelmed. Two people uncover 40 tables, clear them and add the buffet - that just doesn't work! (otherwise rated 5 stars)

Wel erg onpersoonlijk, niemand bij de receptie en het ontbijt was bij een zusterbedrijf 10 minuten lopen verderop. Ook daar niemand gesproken. Slept in the summer. Nice hotel, good clean room and good location. Very impersonal, no one at the reception and breakfast was at a sister company 10 minutes walk away. No one spoke there either.

Es gab einen Privatparkplatz für Gäste direkt gegenüber des Hotels, eine tolle Busanbindung zu den Pisten. Man konnte bei schlechteren Wetterbedingungen das Spa im Alpenglückhotel nutzen . Das servierte Frühstück hatte eine große Auswahl sowohl an herzhaftem als auch süßem Menu. Die Dame aus der Küche war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und das Herz des Hauses. Vielen Dank für einen so gelungen Aufenthalt . Ich würde es allen empfehlen. We had a really great ski holiday in Alpenglück unterm Rain. The hotel was completely renovated, everything fresh, new and clean. There was private parking for guests just opposite the hotel, great bus connection to the slopes. If the weather was bad, you could use the spa in the Alpenglückhotel. The breakfast served had a wide choice of both savory and sweet menu. The lady from the kitchen was very attentive, friendly and the heart of the house. Thank you for such a successful stay. I would recommend it to everyone.
