The location is great, beds are comfy and we also received daily entrance to the Freizeit Arena which is right behind the building. Also, free ski equipment storage with their partners close to the slope (you also have a good heated skiroom in the villa).
There is also a washing machine in the common area, which you can use (I think for 3 eur). Restaurants can be found within 20 meters, walking distance to the gondola is 5-7 minutes.
Next to all, the kindness, communication and helpfulness of Mrs Bettina adds to a great holiday.
