L	L H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte neulich ein Armband kaufen, jedoch wurde ich beim Betreten des Geschäfts nicht einmal begrüßt und habe den Laden nach keinen fünf Minuten verlassen. Niemand hatte Interesse daran, mich zu beraten, geschweige denn Hallo oder auf Wiedersehen zu sagen. Dieses Geschäft betrete ich nicht mehr. I recently wanted to buy a bracelet, but when I entered the shop I wasn't even greeted and left the shop after less than five minutes. Nobody was interested in advising me, let alone saying hello or goodbye. I no longer enter this shop.

Leider ist das Paket von der Ablage über den Briefkästen in unserem Wohnhaus gestohlen worden. Der Kundenservice von ANNA hat mir aus meiner misslichen Lage aber schnell und unkompliziert geholfen und mir die Bestellung innerhalb von drei Tagen nochmals gesandt - und das OHNE die nochmalige Verrechnung des Kaufpreises. So etwas habe ich noch selten erlebt! Dieser Kundenservice ist einfach Spitze! Ich und auch meine Tochter werden bestimmt wieder bei ANNA bestellen! I ordered a necklace and an engraved pendant as a bachelor gift for my daughter from ANNA. Unfortunately, the package was stolen from the shelf above the mailboxes in our house. ANNA's customer service helped me out of my predicament quickly and easily and sent me the order again within three days - WITHOUT having to charge the purchase price again. I've seldom seen anything like it! This customer service is just great! Me and my daughter will definitely order from ANNA again!
T	Tina Dintsis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich möchte berichten, dass ich schon in diesem Geschäft eingekauft habe, als es erst einen Shop in Wien gab und die Besitzerin-Anna-noch selbst verkauft hat! Ich wollte mir nun noch ein Schmuckstück dazu kaufen..allerdings war die Verkäuferin alles andere als bemüht und arrogant. Auch wurde mir nicht viel Schmuck gezeigt und die Verkäuferin schien eher gelangweilt. Auch das Service den dort gekauften Schmuck reinigen zu lassen, gibt es scheinbar nicht mehr-nun kostet es pro Stück 30 EUR.. Auch schien mir die Verkäuferin anfangs nicht zu glauben, dass ich den gerade getragenen Schmuck auch dort erstanden habe..sehr eigenartig! Also-sehr schade, dass man als Bittsteller und von oben herab behandelt wird.. I would like to report that I was already shopping in this shop when there was only one shop in Vienna and the owner-Anna-was still selling herself! I now wanted to buy a piece of jewelery as well. However, the saleswoman was anything but trying and arrogant. Also, I wasn't shown much jewelry and the saleswoman seemed rather bored. The service to have the jewelery bought there cleaned apparently no longer exists - now it costs EUR 30 per piece. At first, the saleswoman didn't seem to believe that I had bought the jewelery I had just worn there..very strange! So it's a pity that you are treated as a supplicant and from above..

A	ALINA FOST on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jewelry is very beautiful, but staff (at least in my case) is unfriendly. Went in motivated and happy about my new ring, went out disappointed and upset. I was served by a woman with curly hair (I think her name was smth like Melinda). I am really convinced it is more about how you sell to your customers and not what. I hope you will do something about it. It brings more pleasure and desire to buy more if you are treated nicely.
