A	Adem G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achtung, Putzmittel/Reinigungsmittel auf Plundergebäck, VERGIFTUNGSGEFAHR. 2 mal beobachtet! Trotz Beschwerde/Meldung an Zentrale gleiche Arbeitsweiße. In dieser Filliale gibts Probleme mit der Reinigung der Glasvitrinen, jene, die wenn man als Kunde hineinkommt, auf der linken Seite sind. Dort befindet sich großteils Plundergebäck. Das Problem: Zur Reinigung wird das Plundergebäck rausgenommen und das Glas mit einem Reinigungsmittel eingesprüht. Jedoch bleibt dabei das Gebäck in der unteren Auslage (2 Stufen) immer drinnen. Rechts und links sind 2 in etwa Daumendickgroße Löcher wo das Glas befestigt ist. Das Reinigungsmittel wird auf die obere Glasauslage gesprüht, dabei fallen einige kleine Tropfen/Tröpfchen direkt auf das Plundergebäck in der unteren Auslage/Reihe. Meist kann man am Glas auch sehen, dass ein Teil des Putzmittels direkt am Glas runterrinnt. Ich habe das Problem bereits im März beobachtet, der Zentrale von Anker gemeldet und am 15.3. eine Antwort per Mail bekommen. Diese haben mir versprochen dies zu beheben. (Man müsste ja nur ganz einfach beide Auslageflächen leerräumen bevor man mit dem Putzmittel sprüht) Leider ist dies jedoch nicht passiert und heute musste ich genau das selbe wieder beobachten. Untere Reihe ist gefüllt mit Plunder oben wird fleißig gesprüht, Tropfen des Mittels landen am Plunder. Daher nun die 1 Stern-Bewertung. Es ist wirklich bedauernswert, dass die Zentrale antwortet, dass sie dieses Problem beheben werden und man etwas später genau das Selbe wieder beobachten kann. Damit ist nun endgültig jedes Vertrauern in ANKER-Brot verloren. Einmal kann dies ja passieren (zB aufgrund von unachtsamen MA) Aber wenn die Führungskräfte versichern es wird behoben, nachgeschult und aufgeklärt aber dann immer noch genau gleich gearbeitet wird spricht das eher für strukturelle Probleme im Unternehmen bzw für das nicht Vorhandensein von Verantwortungsgefühl gegenüber deren Kunden. Dafür spricht auch übrigens, dass der MA nicht alleine war als er die Vitrine geputzt hatte es standen noch 2 Mitarbeiter daneben und es schien als wäre das auch für die anderen MA normal. Caution, cleaning agents / detergents on Danish pastries, RISK OF POISONING. Observed 2 times! Despite a complaint / report to the head office, the same working methods. The cleaning agent is sprayed onto the upper glass display, a few small drops / droplets fall directly onto the Danish pastry in the lower display / row. Usually you can also see on the glass that part of the cleaning agent runs down directly on the glass. I already observed the problem in March, reported it to the headquarters of Anker, and on 15.3. get an answer by email. They promised me to fix it. (You just have to empty both display areas before you spray with the cleaning agent) Unfortunately this did not happen and today I had to observe exactly the same thing again. The bottom row is filled with Danish pastries, and the top is sprayed diligently, drops of the agent land on the pastry. Hence the 1 star rating. It is really unfortunate that the control center replies that they will fix this problem and that you can observe exactly the same thing again a little later. This means that all trust in ANKER bread is finally lost. This can happen once (e.g. due to careless employees) But if the executives insure that it will be fixed, retrained and cleared up, but then work is still carried out exactly the same, this speaks more for structural problems in the company or for the lack of a sense of responsibility towards their customers . This is also supported by the fact that the employee was not alone when he cleaned the showcase, there were still 2 employees standing next to it and it seemed as if that was normal for the other employees as well.
