★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fancy looking cakes. They taste fresh, but not very explicitly as described. The honey cakes had only a slight sent of honey. The belgium chocolate cake was also tasting more heavily of whipped cream or butter than chocolate. Same was true for the rum cake (looks like a tiramisu style cake), which did not taste of rum at all. Maybe their petit fours are better. I had already better cakes in Vienna for that price.

Might seem fancy, but the taste is nothing to speak of.

Hello Mr Schwarz, you took a Lemon Torte, we told you it is no Vanilla cake. So come again and take a free piece !!
This gives me the impression that you are trying to discredit me and make yourself look generous. BUT: this is no way to treat customers! it is rude, as you clearly don't know what kind of cakes I bought.
However, it encourages me in my opinion about "couture cakes": you try to make them and yourself look good, but my suggestions to anybody: get a cake from the freezer at the supermarket - it will be more delightful than what you can get here.
