★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit einiger Zeit neue Betreiber. Seitdem weniger reinlich, kein freundlicher Kundenservice mehr. Tische werden selten gereinigt. Kaffee zum Kaffeehauspreis, 2,60€, wird im Pappbecher serviert, wenn du dich nicht beschwerst. Dafür gibt es keine Zeitungen, ausser kostenlose und keinen Keks. Das Warenangebot ist wie man es von Anker kennt. Keine Vollkornprodukte. Hat am Abend offen.
 New operators for some time. Less clean since then, no more friendly customer service. Tables are rarely cleaned. Coffee at the coffee house price, € 2.60, is served in a paper cup if you don't complain. There are no newspapers for that, except for free and no biscuits. The range of goods is as we know it from Anker. No whole grains. Open in the evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider mussten wir heute eine unglaublich schlechte Erfahrung beim Anker Ottakring machen. Wir haben uns zwei Schinkei-croissant bestellt die einfach zum Kotzen waren, ein Salat von vorgestern war dabei und der Schinken war einfach so trocken darauf hin habe ich alles weggehaut.
Mir wurde regelrecht die Lust auf den Imbiss verdorben, als ich es sah.
Der Verkäufer ein älterer Herr war sehr unhöflich.
Nicht zu empfehlen, unhöfliches Personal, Produkt Qualität sehr schlecht.
Man sollte sich zweimal überlegen bevor man dort hingeht !!
Unfortunately, we had an incredibly bad experience at Anker Ottakring today. We ordered two ham egg croissants that just sucked up, a salad from the day before yesterday was included and the ham was just so dry that I chewed everything away.
I was literally spoiled for the snack when I saw it.
The seller an elderly gentleman was very rude.
Not recommended, rude staff, product quality very poor.
Think twice before going there !!

16:57 Filiale war bereits zugesperrt und wollte nicht mehr aufmachen. Theke noch voll mit Backwaren.
Ich hab mich wahnsinnig geärgert.
Open until 5:00 p.m. on Sundays.
16:57 The branch was already locked and didn't want to open again. Counter still full of baked goods.
I was madly annoyed.

There is no value for money, €4.10 for this ice-cold walnut roll with a hint of cheese…. disappointing.

It was really hard to communicate with them, couldn’t get answers to my questions so it was pretty difficult to order food I always order there
Except that everything was fine, temperature in the local kinda too low tho
Tasty and fresh food, normal prices
