D	Dönertester Wien on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3,9 Euro für Kalb Kebab, superweiches Brot, gute Menge Fleisch. das Hühnerfleisch war leider gar nicht angebraten. sehr viele Kunden, aber man könnte den Spieß ein bisschen näher dran tun, damit das Fleisch schön knusprig wird. ich habe deswegen Kalbfleisch genommen und habe es nicht bereut. das geschichtete Fleisch hat gut nach Kalb geschmeckt, war nicht zu trocken und auch nicht zäh. würde ich auch ohne Sandwich pur essen. ich liebe diese Art von Brot, extrem weich und fluffig. die Yoghurtsauce war phantastisch! sie hat den Döner in jeder Hinsicht bereichert, sich aber nie in den Vordergrund gestellt. die scharfe Sauce war nicht scharf und wurde nur auf eine Stelle getan (wegen vielen Kunden musste es schnell gehen). der Laden ist nicht sehr groß und etwas ungeschickt aufgeteilt. manche stellen sich innen an, manche beim Ausgabefenster, daher geht es entsprechend chaotisch zu. die Mitarbeiter sind trotz dem Andrang nicht unhöflich und extrem flott. untereinander wird nur türkisch gesprochen. Fazit: trotz hohem Kundenandrang war der Kalb Döner sehr gut! den würde ich sofort wieder essen und kann ich empfehlen. das Hühnerfleisch sollte aber mehr angebraten werden. 3.9 euros for veal kebab, super soft bread, good amount of meat. the chicken was unfortunately not fried at all. Lots of customers, but you could move the skewer a little closer to make the meat nice and crispy. That's why I took veal and haven't regretted it. the layered meat tasted good like veal, was not too dry and not tough either. I would eat straight without a sandwich. I love this type of bread, extremely soft and fluffy. the yogurt sauce was fantastic! it has enriched the kebab in every way, but never placed itself in the foreground. the hot sauce was not hot and was only put in one place (because of many customers it had to be done quickly). the shop is not very big and a bit clumsy. some line up inside, some at the output window, so it is correspondingly chaotic. Despite the rush, the employees are not rude and extremely brisk. Only Turkish is spoken among each other. Conclusion: despite the large number of customers, the veal kebab was very good! I would eat it again in a heartbeat and I can recommend it. the chicken should be seared more.
