Obwohl sie Funkmelder haben, die einem anzeigen, falls die Bestellung fertig ist, wurde die Bestellung einfach "vergessen". Schlechtester denkbarer Service. Hier würden wir nicht nochmal essen. Waited 45 minutes for a snack today. Although they have radio detectors that tell you when the order is ready, the order was simply "forgotten". Worst service imaginable. We wouldn't eat here again.
T	Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr kleine und ungesunde Auswahl, dafür stolze Preise. Die Suppe erinnert stark an Brühwürfel, zumindest Würstchen und Pommes waren in Ordnung. Jedes Schwimmbad-Kiosk ist besser. Very small and unhealthy selection, but proud prices. The soup is very reminiscent of stock cubes, at least sausages and fries were fine. Every swimming pool kiosk is better.

Zuerst ist ein Glas beim Einschenken gesprungen ok das kann passieren haben auch gleich ein neues Getränk bekommen. Leider wurde dabei auch unsere Breze (1,70 €) getränkt als Entschädigung für die Breze bekammen wir leider nur eine normale Semmel da es wohl keine Brezn mehr gab. Dann bekamen wir den Toast, der fast schwarz war, und im Salat krabbelte ein Käfer. Als wir den Salat reklamierten kam nur Tschuldigung kann passieren und wir bekamen einen neuen Salat. Auch die Nudeln waren geschmacklos und zu weich gekocht. Insgesamt freundliches Personal, schöne Einrichtung, aber für Selbstbedienung hohe Preise. Unfortunately we were totally disappointed, were there for lunch. At first, a glass cracked when pouring it. It could happen that you got a new drink. Unfortunately, our pretzel (1.70 €) was also soaked as compensation for the pretzel, we unfortunately only got a normal roll because there were probably no more pretzels. Then we got the toast, which was almost black, and a beetle crawled in the salad. When we complained about the salad, only sorry could happen and we got a new salad. The pasta was also tasteless and cooked too soft. Overall friendly staff, nice decor, but high prices for self-service.

Wenigstens hat sich der Betreiber per Mail entschuldigt und ein Frühstück offeriert. Für diesen Service gibt's versöhnlich 5 Sterne... B	Bestone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren heute mittag, da essen der Cheeseburger War leider sehr kalt wie die Pommes auch werden nectes mal wo anderst essen 34 Euro für 2 Bürger und 2 Getränke dazu leider nicht zum weiterempfehlen, sorry bzw. Der Burger liegt mir immer noch im Magen schade da für war der alpenzoo super schön Had lunch today, the cheeseburger was unfortunately very cold as the French fries are nectes times where else eat 34 euros for 2 citizens and 2 drinks unfortunately not to be recommended, sorry or the burger is still in my stomach, it's a shame for the alpine zoo was super beautiful

Zerrupfte Salatblätter mit ein paar Scheiben Radieschen. Kein Dressings, nichts weiter. Nie wieder From the quite large selection of food, only 2 items were available. The toast is a hard bread with a topping, warmed in the microwave. The salad was the "highlight". Shredded lettuce leaves with a few slices of radishes. No dressings, nothing more. Never again
J	J ALK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A self service restaurant in a natural minamilistic building at the zoo. The place was clean and the staff were helpful. They don't have an English menu, so we just asked the server what vegetarian options they had. We got vegetarian burger with fries and spaghetti with tomato sauce. The burger was not a patty but mashed sloppy vegetables, did not like it much. The spaghetti and fries were okay, but the portions were huge, good for sharing.
