(I'm one of people that check the review of a place before I come, 8/10time, I do....) .when I arrived, a waited for a while, then a young waitress ( maybe the head) came to my service ( all the time, an elderly waiter was just starting and going back and forth.. then I waited more cos my table was not ready even if I call n arrived after 40mins... . the place has almost 5⭐so I was expecting them to behave as the review says... . some say that its popular cos it's an old building( not sure) n others says cos of the traditional typical food they make there ( not all are traditional.. ) . far from the center of Innsbruck, but was lucky cos my hostel was a few walk from there ... . better u book o call the restaurant before u go... ( but a family was given a table without booking, while I was waiting ) .the stuff being soo friendly as written in the review..., didn't see it ... my waitress smile was soo false.. kind of funny to me (as if she was treated to smile or else u fired kind of smile ) only another waitress passing smile, like a really nice one. ( only lady that smile a nice one) .food quiet big( read it from the review)so wasn't that surprise.... .prize was too expensive... since the food was not to kill for..( just ok..) only thing I liked was the strudel. .overall, don't think I will ever go back.. not good experience ( maybe will go back, if the food is not that expensive n the waitress have a nice smile..? )
E	Ed Huck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had dinner there by myself last night. They let me eat at the bar. Food was excellent, including great salad buffet. Top-notch hospitality. A party going on, so there was music and lots of fun. A great place to sample local food and culture.
J	James Barry Ryan (Barry) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is always superb; wonderful Tirolean cuisine with a modern flair. The salad bar is my favorite, the best in Innsbruck. Lovely outdoor seating, very nice Austrian wine fair prices and friendly service. Definitely recommended!

The service was friendly especially from a young student waitress who I think might have been from owner's family. She spoke excellent English and was so helpful. The food was excellent and traditional. Good service and especially the young lady in charge, she guided us through the menu where most of the dishes seemed to arrive in two sizes - large and even larger!! Beer was god and overall we had a satisfying dinner after a long day.

We asked for 3 things... 2 radler, 1 portion of garlic bread to share and gröstl. Having shown the specific line on the menu card, the waiter thought we wanted 'large beer' and not a radler. He didn't even offer to change it. Having clearly told, he assumed we wanted 2 portions of garlic bread. He happily took the 2nd plate away. Having clearly explained that I want the fried egg to be well done - yolk to be fully hard, he came with supreme confidence and the yolk was running right in front of me! Again, no solution. How many mistakes in one order? Is it possible to give zero stars in review?
