A	Andrea G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schon das Telefonat für die Terminvereinbarung was ausgesprochen positiv: Die nette Dame hat alles sehr genau erklärt, so dass ich genau wusste, was mich erwartet. Beim Termin selbst war ich - obwohl ich auf Empfehlung eine Freundin kam, die schon sehr begeistert vom Ablauf erzählt hat - wirklich positiv überrascht: Die Beratung war wirklich TOP, der Berater sehr professionell, wusste offensichtlich ganz genau, was er tat, und war bei all dem auch noch ausgesprochen sympathisch und nett. Der Termin für Beratung UND Einlagen-Anpassung dauerte 1 Stunde, und dass ich die Einlagen gleich mitnehmen konnte und sie auch in den mitgebrachten Schuhen (bei mir 4 Paare) eingepasst wurden, finde ich wirklich toll. Wenn man wie ich keine Schuhe hat, die dem Fuß den nötigen guten Halt geben (ich laufe blöderweise meist mit Gummistiefel, Crocs oder Slippern herum, die auch bei der Ferse mittlerweile recht weich sind), hat sogar die Möglichkeit, hochwertige Schuhe zu kaufen, wenn man möchte. Toll auch das Angebot, mir ein bestimmtes Paar Schuhe, das für meinen Fuß bestens geeignet ist und mir auch gefällt, unverbindlich zu bestellen, damit ich es dann probieren kann. Alles in allem bin ich von der Beratung wirklich begeistert und bin gespannt, wie lange es dauern wird, bis ich nachhaltig eine Verbesserung spüre. Was mir meine Freundin so erzählt hat, geht das überraschend schnell ;-) Even the phone call to make an appointment was extremely positive: the nice lady explained everything very precisely so that I knew exactly what to expect. At the appointment itself - although I came on the recommendation of a friend who was very enthusiastic about the process - I was really pleasantly surprised: the advice was really great, the consultant very professional, obviously knew exactly what he was doing and was there all of this also extremely personable and nice. The appointment for advice AND insole adjustment lasted 1 hour, and I think it's really great that I was able to take the insoles with me and that they were also fitted into the shoes I had brought with me (4 pairs for me). If, like me, you don't have shoes that give your foot the necessary support (stupidly, I usually walk around with rubber boots, crocs or slippers, which are now quite soft on the heels), you can even buy high-quality shoes, if you want. Also great is the offer to order a certain pair of shoes that are ideally suited for my foot and which I also like, without obligation, so that I can try them on. All in all, I'm really enthusiastic about the advice and I'm curious to see how long it will take before I feel a lasting improvement. What my girlfriend told me happens surprisingly quickly ;-)

F	Florian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe mir im Ende 2021 Einlagen bei Achill & Söhne anfertigen lassen. Wurde durch den Mitarbeiter "Tom" zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit beraten. Es wurde eine Ganganalyse durchgeführt und auch Schmerzzonen erhoben. Danach wurde mir das System von Achill erklärt und wie diese Einlage auf den Fuß wirkt. Des weiteren wurde ich über passende Schuhe beraten und welche Modelle ich meiden soll. Ich kann die Anfertigung von diesen Einlagen sehr empfehlen und möchte auf die außerordentliche Professionalität von Mitarbeiter "Tom" hinweisen. I had insoles made at Achill & Söhne in late 2021. Was advised by the employee "Tom" to my complete satisfaction. A gait analysis was carried out and pain zones were also recorded. Then Achilles explained the system to me and how this insert works on the foot. Furthermore, I was advised about suitable shoes and which models I should avoid. I can highly recommend the production of these insoles and would like to point out the extraordinary professionalism of employee "Tom".
