Die Dame im Krems welches uns innerhalb von 5 min ein Anbot machte was schon etwas besonderes ist, bis zur Montage war allles perfekt!!! Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter! Compliments to the company! No other company could produce our special size or did not want it (not in the system). The lady in Krems which made us an offer within 5 minutes which is something special, everything was perfect until the assembly !!! Very friendly staff!

Als eine Schrauben-Abdeckkappe nach Jahren verloren ging, wurde uns nach einer Email eine Ersatzkappe kostenfrei zugesandt. Auch als das Zauntor nachgestellt werden musste, waren schnell Serviceleute kostenlos da. Sind sehr zufrieden. Were well advised, special requests were received, fence parts were custom made. Assembly went quickly and easily. When a screw cap was lost after years, we were sent a replacement cap free of charge after an email. Even when the gate had to be readjusted, service personnel were there for free. Are very satisfied.
m	mostcoast flyby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alu Latten als sichschutz bestellt, grün pulverbeschichtet. Geliefert bekommen, jedoch mit löchern als aufhangepunkt vom beschichten. Reklamiert, sie haben sich entschuldigt und es wird ausgebessert. Auf der Sichtweite unmöglich so anzubringen, optisch nicht tragbar. Gut, nun die ausgebesserten bekommen. Wieder das selbe! Nie wieder. Kommunikation null, und Wartezeit auf Reklamation war 3 Monate. Aluminum slats ordered as protection, green powder-coated. Delivered, but with holes as a suspension point from the coating. Complained, they apologized and it is being mended. Impossible to install in the field of vision, optically not wearable. Well, now get the patched ones. Same again! Never again. Communication zero, and waiting time for complaint was 3 months.

Nach dem Ausmesstermin 4 Wochen auf ein Angebot gewartet, wobei es geheißen hat in ein paar Tagen bekommen wir's... zwischendurch sogar mal nachgerufen, als Antwort kam, ja wir kümmern uns darum.. So jetzt nach 4 Wochen aufeinmal eine Email bekommen, nein wir können das nicht machen aufgrund der starken Auftragslage. Ist ja toll das man ehrlich ist und keine Aufträge annimmt wenn man schon zu sehr ausgelastet ist, aber für diese Antwort lässt man uns 4 Wochen warten????! Das wusste man nicht früher?? Echt ein Scherz. Aber naja wenn mas nicht notwendig hat :-) wir werden uns jedenfalls eine andere zuverlässige Firma suchen!! Not very recommendable! After the measurement date Waited 4 weeks for an offer, saying we'll get it in a few days ... in between even called, the answer was, yes, we will take care of it .. So now after 4 weeks all of a sudden get an email, no, we can do that not do it due to the strong order situation. It's great that you are honest and don't accept any orders when you are already too busy, but you let us wait 4 weeks for this answer ????! You didn't know that earlier? Really kidding. But well if mas is not necessary :-) we will definitely look for another reliable company !!
