G	Gerhard Graf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inkompetente Monteure ohne Hirn, aber mit viel Fantasie. Wenn ich das Tor selber montiert hätte wäre es besser gewesen. Die haben den Torantrieb falsch montiert, die Befestigung am Tor, sodass diese rausgerissen ist und jetzt komm ich drauf, weil das Ding nicht mehr funktioniert, das die den Schlüsselschalter mit MONTAGEKLEBER in die Wand geklebt haben. Mich wundert es nicht das da nie wer da is. Die haben sicher etliche klagen am Hals. Incompetent fitters without a brain, but with a lot of imagination. If I had installed the gate myself, it would have been better. They installed the door operator incorrectly, the fastening on the door, so that it was torn out and now I come across it because the thing no longer works that stuck the key switch into the wall with MOUNTING ADHESIVE. I am not surprised that there is never who is there. They must have a lot of complaints on their necks.

Ich hatte immer das Gefühl gut betreut zu werden. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und fürten ihre Arbeit gewissenhaft aus. Der Zaun wurde wunderschön. Für Aufträge dieser Art würde ich wieder Strug und Graf beauftragen. I wanted a privacy fence made of larch for my garden and received it promptly. The planning was quick and competent. I always felt well taken care of. All staff were very nice and conscientious in their work. The fence became beautiful. For orders of this kind I would again commission Strug and Graf.

Es stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass keiner (bis auf die Rezeptionistin) mehr da war (Termin versäumt). Ein no go in meinen Augen somit weichen wir auf die Konkurrenz aus I drove out of Vienna especially to make the appointment at 1 p.m. However, it turned out that no one (apart from the receptionist) was there (missed the appointment). A no go in my eyes so we switch to the competition

Der Außendienst-Mitarbeiter hat mich gut beraten, war freundlich und kompetent, genau wie die Monteure. Die Arbeit wurde von Ihnen rasch und zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigt. Ich kann nichts negatives berichten und würde die Firma weiterempfehlen. This week I received and installed a fence with a matching door. The door can be opened electronically, all without problems. The sales representative advised me well, was friendly and competent, just like the fitters. The work was done quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I can not say anything negative and would recommend the company.

Die Monteure beim zweiten Termin haben sehr gewissenhaft und engagiert gearbeitet. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Endergebnis! My husband and I were competently advised by Mr. Graf on our garage doors and the entrance door. The fitters at the second appointment worked very conscientiously and with great dedication. We are very happy with the end result!
D	Dominik Maurovits on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anfangs war alles in Ordnung. Kompetente Beratung und bis zur Bestellung verlief alles wie es sollte. Neue Informationen bekam ich jedoch erst, nachdem ich mich bei der Firma meldete. So erfuhr ich, dass mein Garagentor schon bei der Firma eingetroffen war. Gut, Lieferung steht, kam jedoch nicht. Ich erfuhr wieder nur durch meinen Anruf davon. Den die Firma wusste Plötzlich nichts von einer Lieferung. Ok, kann passieren. Neuer Liefertermin steht. Jedoch wieder durch meinen Einsatz. Lieferung kommt und siehe da, man darf das Garagentor selbst abladen. Der Fahrer kam mit seinem Anhänger ohne Kran bzw einen zweiten Helfer. Die nette Dame am Telefon meinte, dass können sie doch eh selbst abladen. Ok, Stapler organisiert, 20er Trinkgeld und ich freute mich über das Tor. Kontrolle, es fehlen Teile. Wurde vergessen, wird nachgeliefert. Jedoch erst nächsten Woche. Ich musste zwei mal, nachdem wir die Holzverblendung wieder montierten, meine Monteure nach Hause schicken ohne dass etwas geschah. Dann wollte ich aus Kulanz etwas Rabatt. Plötzlich war der Service nicht mehr derselbe wie zuvor, als ich noch keinen Vertrag unterzeichnete. Es wurde sich nur auf den Lieferanten ausgeredet obwohl es deren Fehler waren. Diesen wollten sie sich nicht eingestehen und somit erreichte ich auch nichts. Das Produkt scheint ganz gut zu sein, die Organisation dieser Firma eher weniger. At first everything was fine. Competent advice and everything went as it should until the order was placed. However, I only got new information after contacting the company. So I found out that my garage door had already arrived at the company. Good, delivery stands, but didn't come. I found out about it again only through my phone call. Suddenly the company didn't know anything about a delivery. Ok, it can happen. New delivery date is set. But again through my commitment. Delivery comes and lo and behold, you can unload the garage door yourself. The driver came with his trailer without a crane or a second helper. The nice lady on the phone said that you can unload that yourself anyway. Ok, forklift organized, tip 20 and I was happy about the goal. Control, parts are missing. Has been forgotten, will be delivered later. But not until next week. After we reassembled the wood facing, I had to send my fitters home twice without anything happening. Then I wanted some discount out of goodwill. Suddenly the service wasn't the same as it was before when I wasn't signing a contract. It was only talked out of the supplier even though it was their fault. They didn't want to admit this to themselves and so I didn't achieve anything. The product seems to be quite good, the organization of this company less so.

Unterbrochen wird man und nicht mal ausreden kann einen die Dame lassen. Schnippisch und sehr launenhaft! Für eine Firma ist es keine gute Werbung so eine Dame am Telefon zu haben. If I couldn't give a star it would be better. Frau Hölzl was so rude on the phone when you wanted information. You are interrupted and the lady can't even let you finish. Snippy and very moody! Having a lady like that on the phone is not a good advertisement for a company.

Auch 2 Jahre nach Fertigstellung meines Garagentors war Strug&Graf für telefonische Beauskunftung (Neupgrogrammierung des Handsenders) erreichbar und hat mich durchgeführt.
