Die Firma ist im Bereich der Raumausstattung tätig und sind die Hauptprodukte Teppiche und Vorhänge aller Art, das Angebot umfaßt aber wesentlich mehr Artikel. Wir haben bei der Firma Szedenik schon öfter Teppiche und Vorhänge gekauft und wird hier auf die Kundenwünsche sehr viel Rücksicht genommen, das ist wohl das Erfolgsrezept, dem es die Firma verdankt, dass sie noch am Markt ist. So werden etwa Teppiche genau auf die gewünschten Masse zugeschnitten und sind die Produkte qualitativ schwer in Ordnung und der Preis ist völlig angemessen. Das Verkaufspersonal ist nicht nur freundlich, man hat viel Erfahrung und beratet den Kunden sehr gut, wodurch vermieden wird, dass Kunden auch Fehler in der eigenen Bestellung machen. Eine derartig fachlich gute Beratung kostet auch viel Zeit, das ist eine grosse Stärke der Firma Szedenik, da sie sich die zeit nimmt. Die fünf Sterne vergebe ich insbesondere für die individuelle Beratung von qualitativ guten Produkten. Das Zuschneiden der Teppiche etc erfolgt auch sehr schnell, so dass man sich seine gekauften Teppiche, Vorhänge, etc sehr rasch abholen kann. The Szedenik company is still one of the few small companies that has remained in the market in competition with corporations. The company is active in the field of interior decoration and the main products are carpets and curtains of all kinds, but the offer includes many more items. We have often bought carpets and curtains from the Szedenik company and we take great account of customer requirements here, which is probably the recipe for success that the company owes that it is still on the market. For example, carpets are cut exactly to the desired dimensions and the quality of the products is poor and the price is completely reasonable. The sales staff is not only friendly, they have a lot of experience and advise customers very well, which prevents customers from making mistakes in their own orders. Such professional advice also costs a lot of time, which is a great strength of the Szedenik company because it takes the time. I award the five stars in particular for individual advice on high-quality products. The cutting of the carpets etc. is also done very quickly, so that you can pick up the carpets, curtains etc. you have bought very quickly.
