★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wundervoll, waren da mit der Klasse ( 23 Personen +Lehrpersonal) und waren voll und ganz zufrieden.
Nur weiter zu empfehlen.
 Wonderful, were there with the class (23 people + teaching staff) and were completely satisfied.
I can only recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, aber überteuert. Kein Anschluss zu den Pisten gehabt (Schlepplift war da, leider nicht in Betrieb), Nester (mehr war es auch nicht) echt zu klein, Skibus nicht in Reichweite.... trotzdem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit dort, würde aber nicht mehr buchen.
Ok, but overpriced. No connection to the slopes (drag lift was there, unfortunately not in operation), nests (it wasn't more) really too small, ski bus not within reach .... nevertheless we had a good time there, but would not book anymore ,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alles sehr schön, wir haben einen aktiven und erholsamen Urlaub verbracht, super Möglichkeiten zum Ski fahren und abends sich in der Sauna entspannen. Die Familie Oberauer, als Gastgeber, sehr nett und sehr freundlich. Zwei mal im Jahr machen wir sehr gerne Urlaub auf dem Hof Unterbaumgarten und würden die Ferienwohnungen jede Zeit auch weiterempfehlen.
Everything was very nice, we spent an active and relaxing holiday, great opportunities for skiing and relax in the sauna in the evening. The Oberauer family, as hosts, very nice and very friendly. Twice a year we like to vacation on the farm Unterbaumgarten and would recommend the apartments at any time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my best peaceful and joyful chalet , the view make you want to stay home . Only thing is the price but for the location and the comfort and the view it worth it I been there 3 time 2012,2014 and 2017 and my family want to go back there still

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stay in the XL Chalet. It is okay, but too many smaller things do not work or are not as promised. One example being the outdoor spa, which is advertised as being for our cabin, but is actually shared between 4 XL Cabins (120 people if the cabins are full).
