We love this place. Very pleasant owner, the best position in Kleinarl. Only 300m to chair-lift, in the wonderful nature.

It's a very convenient place.The apartment was designed using wood, which helped us feel at home right away, and the view and sound of the river alongside the house were an interesting experience. The owner is very kind a willing to help. Also, the elevator and parking were very useful for us, and the play rooms for children are a great, as well. The scenery in Kleinarl is superb, and quiet from loud tourists, even though it is located in a short drive from all main attractions in Salzburgland.

Excellent apartment and its location in a small, tranquil town (or even village) located in a picturesque valley with beautiful lake at its very end. The location is very convenient and in walking distance to Spar supermarket and around a number of restaurants. Simone who is the owner is super-helpful and can give you lots of tips of what to see and where to go to enjoy your holiday time. Appartementhaus Elmo consists of a number of apartments to chose from and they have all you need to enjoy your summer holidays without any worries. As a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) we stayed in A+A+B type of apartment which consisted of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate toilet as well as kitchen with dining room and sofa. The views from the apartment are spectacular and the apartment itself was clean and very comfortable. At the garden there is a smaller building with indoor swimming pool and playground area for younger kids while next door in a hotel you can book breakfasts and dinners. The Wagrain-Kleinarl area is a perfect place for summer holidays. At Elmo you would get local (free of charge) summer cards that allow you free entries (one per day) to Wagrain's swimming pool with a number of slides for kids (but even adults can have fun) as well as the card would also serve as a ticket for a Kleinarl's cable car. There are numerous attractions for kids around the place - cable cars, go-carts at the Kleinarl mountains, summer tobbogan run in Flachau. For those who want to see more, you can travel around and visit numerous gorges, watterfalls, caves etc. I recommend staying at Appartementhaus und Ferienwohnungen Elmo for anyone who praises smaller towns and wants to "recharge batteries".

A beautiful quiet place, especially for hikers like us. Housewife very kind, friendly. Apartment richly furnished, spacious, with beautiful views. I would recommend it to anyone, I will be back with other family members as early next year.

Great place to stay. We had nice, clean and very well equipped family appartement. A lot of space. We also welcomed sauna a lot. The host Simone is very pleasant and her recommendation for hiking routes has helped us to enjoy our vacation in this beautiful valley.
