S	Susanne Van Herpen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben met ons gezin een heerlijke vakantie gehad in Haus Seewald! De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk. We zijn hartelijk welkom geheten en we kregen goede tips om dingen te ondernemen in de omgeving. Het appartement is mooi en modern ingericht. Alles is lekker nieuw en de keuken heeft een zeer uitgebreide inventaris. Fijn dat er een aparte woonkamer is van de slaapkamer, als de kinderen op bed lagen konden wij nog in alle rust in de woonkamer verblijven (of natuurlijk in de tuin bij mooi weer). De tuin is zeer ruim, met een gave boomhut en een trampoline voor de kinderen! De Pressegger See, een heerlijk zwemmeer , is op een steenworp afstand (je kan er oa suppen en waterfietsen huren). Het appartement is vlakbij Nassfeld, er zijn genoeg wandel- en mountainbike mogelijkheden, ook is er een heel toffe rodelbaan en een klimpark. Als je over de Nassfeld Pass rijdt heb je een fantastisch uitzicht en boven op de berg rijd je zo Italië in! We had a wonderful holiday with our family in Haus Seewald! The owners are very friendly. We were warmly welcomed and we received good tips for things to do in the area. The apartment is beautifully and modernly furnished. Everything is nice and new and the kitchen has a very extensive inventory. Nice that there is a separate living room from the bedroom, when the children were in bed we could still stay in the living room in peace (or of course in the garden in good weather). The garden is very spacious, with a cool tree house and a trampoline for the children! The Pressegger See, a wonderful swimming lake, is a stone's throw away (you can, among other things, paddleboard and rent pedal boats). The apartment is near Nassfeld, there are plenty of hiking and mountain biking opportunities, there is also a very nice toboggan run and a climbing park. If you drive over the Nassfeld Pass you have a fantastic view and on top of the mountain you drive into Italy!
B	Ben on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij verbleven van 21 juni 2020 tot 28 juni 2020 als eerste gasten in Haus Seewald. De gastvrijheid van Sabine en Jurran was super. Het appartement is comfortabel en er ontbreekt eigenlijk niets. We hebben heerlijk geslapen en genoten van het verbluffende uitzicht rond het huis. We hebben dankbaar gebruik gemaakt van de goede tips om de omgeving te verkennen. We hadden deze maand wederom een weekje geboekt, door het negatieve reisadvies lukt dit niet maar zodra de grenzen weer open zijn komen wij weer naar Passriach. Bedankt voor het warme gevoel dat wij aan deze vakantie hebben overgehouden. We were the first guests to stay in Haus Seewald from June 21, 2020 to June 28, 2020. Sabine and Jurran's hospitality was superb. The apartment is comfortable and nothing is really missing. We slept very well and enjoyed the astonishing view around the house. We have taken advantage of the good tips to explore the area. We had booked another week this month, because of the negative travel advice this is not possible, but as soon as the borders are open again we will come back to Passriach. Thank you for the warm feeling we got from this holiday.
K	Kim Eversteijn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een fijne plek! Heerlijk in de natuur. Het mooie skigebied Nassfeld ligt op circa 15 minuutjes rijden en biedt genoeg uitdaging. In de omgeving van Haus Seewald is ook veel te doen. Vanuit het appartement heb je prachtig uitzicht op de besneeuwde bergtoppen. Buiten sta je bijna meteen in het bos. Voor de kinderen is er in de tuin genoeg te ontdekken en spelen.. Heerlijke week vakantie gevierd en super gastvrij ontvangen. Aanrader! What a nice place! Wonderful in nature. The beautiful Nassfeld ski area is about 15 minutes away and offers enough challenge. There is also a lot to do in the vicinity of Haus Seewald. From the apartment you have a beautiful view of the snowy mountain peaks. Outside you are almost immediately in the forest. For the children there is plenty to discover and play in the garden .. Wonderful week of holiday celebrated and received very hospitable. Recommended!
L	Luc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een warm welkom door dit jonge gezin! Mooi fris nieuw compleet vakantiehuis met tuin en terras. Alles erop en eraan. Rustige omgeving waar meer dan genoeg te doen is. Mooie 18 holes en 6 holes par 3 golfbaan met restaurant en mooi terras. Slovenië en Italië om de hoek. Natuurzwembad met gezellig barretje en verhuur waterfiets e.d. op wandel afstand. Beautiful 18 hole and 6 hole par 3 golf course with restaurant and beautiful terrace. Slovenia and Italy around the corner. Natural swimming pool with cozy bar and pedal boat rental, etc. within walking distance. In short, everything is possible, nothing is necessary. Wir waren zwar im Winter hier, werden aber auch im Sommer wieder kommen, weil die Location mit See und Wald vor der Tür ideal ist! A real secret tip for a successful family holiday! The apartment is stylish and rustic / modern! We were here in winter, but we will come back in summer because the location with the lake and forest in front of the door is ideal!

The hostess gave us advice of what you can do in this area and it was more than we could do in the two weeks we stayed.
