Hat sich Zeit genommen und unterschiedliche Produkte gezeigt und Vor- und Nachteile beschrieben. So stelle ich mit einem guten Verkäufer vor. Gerne wieder. Very friendly staff in the hunting department, very good and informative advice. He took his time and showed different products and described advantages and disadvantages. Als ich dann nett gefragt habe bekam ich eine freche Antwort, die Dame wollte mir ungern Auskunft geben lieber hätte Sie weiter mit Ihren Kollegen übers Wochenende geplaudert. Wer lässt dort sein Geld? So the way you are treated there, the business cannot make any sales, absolutely unfriendly and incompetent employees who prefer to stand in one place in a threesome and gossip instead of serving you. When I then asked nicely, I got a cheeky answer, the lady did not want to give me any information, rather she would have continued to chat with her colleagues over the weekend. Who leaves their money there?

Höhepunkt: komme ins Geschäft- bin einziger Kunde. 3 Verkäufer tratschen lieber, als sich um Kunden zu kümmern... Supply of goods good, prices mediocre - sellers are moderately motivated. Was so far five times there: 0 times asked if I need help. Highlight: get into business - I'm the only customer. 3 salespeople prefer gossiping than looking after customers ...

Wurde dem Verkäufer am Telefon genau so mitgeteilt. Als Antwort habe ich lediglich: "Wir sind kein Schraubenhandel" erhalten. Kundenfreundlichkeit geht anders! Extremely unfriendly and incompetent! I called because I needed 4 spare parts screws from Aimpoint to attach a block assembly. Was communicated exactly to the seller on the phone. The only answer I have is: "We are not a screw dealer" receive. Customer friendliness is different!

Angestellten sind ohne zu Fragen in die Umkleide bekommen und haben Sachen die ich probieren wollte einfach weg genommen weil ich “da eh nicht rein passe”. Absolute Frechheit. Really bad. Very, very unfriendly. Employees got into the locker room without asking and simply took things away that I wanted to try because I “don't fit in there anyway”. Absolute cheek.
