★ ★ ★ ★ ★ der nette herr im werbemobil vorm spar meinte": am fr ist die optikerin da, kommen's vorbei, die macht den sehtest und kümmert sich um sie". ich ruf am fr. an um sicherzugehen dass die optikerin auch da ist und als ich dann komme wird mir freundlich aber doch gesagt, dass ich einen Termin für den sehtest brauche. sorry, service geht anders.
the nice gentleman in the advertising vehicle in front of the spar said ": the optician will be there on Friday, come by, she will do the eye test and take care of you". I call on fr. to make sure that the optician is there and when I come I am told in a friendly but friendly manner that I need an appointment for the eye test. sorry, service is different.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren 4 Verkäufer im Geschäft waren alle mit sich selber beschäftigt. Das interesse am Kunden war überhaupt nicht da. Habe Passfotos machen lassen. Bezahle an der Kasse musste die Verkäuferin darauf hinweisen das ich die Fotos auch ganz gerne hätte. Hatte sie vergessen????. Filialleitung?..????sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt.
If there were 4 sellers in the shop, they were all busy with themselves. The interest in the customer was not there at all. I had passport photos taken. At the checkout, the seller had to point out that I would also like the photos. Had forgotten them????. Branch manager? .. ???? I have never experienced anything like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute Vormittag wollte ich erstmals den mir unbekannten Fotoprinter im Geschäft nutzen. Bei meiner Frage nach dem Printer konnte das adrette Aussehen der jungen shopassistentin leider nicht über ihre sehr ruppige Kundenansprache hinweghelfen. Sie war auch vermeintlich mit den Printerfunktionen nicht vertraut und stellte eine Falschbehauptung in den Raum. Ich konnte über Airprint dennoch meine 9 Fotos drucken, ohne mein gesamtes Album auf den Printer laden zu müssen (lt. Aussage der Assistentin sei das unumgänglich). Ich empfehle der Fa. Hartlauer, gelegentlich den Wissensstand und die Umgangsformen ihrer AssistentInnen zu prüfen und ggf. nachzujustieren. Generell bin ich mit Hartlauer sehr zufrieden.
This morning I wanted to use the unknown photo printer in the shop for the first time. When I asked about the printer, the young shop assistant's preppy appearance unfortunately couldn't help her very rough customer approach. She was also supposedly unfamiliar with the printer functions and made a false claim in the room. I was still able to print my 9 photos via Airprint without having to load my entire album onto the printer (according to the assistant's statement, this is inevitable). I recommend Hartlauer to occasionally check the level of knowledge and the manners of their assistants and readjust them if necessary. In general, I am very satisfied with Hartlauer.

Das Ladegerät meiner Kamera war defekt.
Die nette Dame im Laden hat mir ein universelles Ladegerät verkauft.
Ist ein tolles Gerät. Da Über USB geladen wird auch im Auto benutzbar. Außerdem auch noch eine Powerbank auch fürs Mobiltelefon.
