Versicherer einer Mobilitätsgarantie über Subaru Deutschland schaffen es nicht einen Abschleppdienst zeitnah zu organisieren geschweige denn eine zeitnahe Autovermietung nach 13std. Bekam ich ein Auto + 100€ Kaution auf meine Kosten. Als Wiedergutmachung der Umstände bekam ich ein Tankgutschein 50€. Als von der Autovermietung mein Verrechnungsscheck in der Post war bekam ich nicht meine 100€ Kaution sondern 65€ weil Fa. Mondial die Abholung des Fahrzeugs der Miet Firma einfach nicht zahlen möchte. Danke Fa. Mondial für den Gutschein ich werde mich umgehend mit Subaru Deutschland in Verbindung setzen. Ich hoffe das Subaru Deutschland sich in naher Zukunft ein anderen bzw. Kompetenteren Versicherer zulegt. Ich werde jetzt nach und nach alle Versicherungen bei Allianz kündigen. Lol, lol, lol, lol. Disaster the largest Kasper insurance in Europe. Insurers with a mobility guarantee through Subaru Germany are unable to organize a towing service in a timely manner, let alone a prompt car rental service after 13 hours. I got a car + € 100 deposit at my expense. As compensation for the circumstances, I received a fuel voucher of € 50. When my check from the car rental company was in the mail, I did not get my € 100 deposit but € 65 because the company Mondial simply did not want to pay for the pickup of the vehicle from the rental company. Thank you from Mondial for the voucher. I will contact Subaru Germany immediately. I hope Subaru Germany will get another or more competent insurer in the near future. I will now gradually cancel all insurance policies at Allianz. LOL LOL LOL LOL.
D	DeeeLta77 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geben auf der Webseite an Corona in ihrer Polizze „verankert“ zu haben. Trifft aber in kaum einem Land zu! Durfte NICHT in den Flieger einsteigen. Hansemerkur bietet eine um Welten bessere Reiseversicherung an. Ich werde nie wieder irgend ein Produkt aus deren schmierigen Versicherung in Anspruch nehmen. On the website to have Corona "anchored" in their policy. But hardly applies in any country! Was NOT allowed to get on the plane. Hansemerkur offers worlds better travel insurance. I will never use any of their greasy insurance products again.

Unterirdischer Service und fehlerhafte Organisation zieht sich durch den ganzen Ablauf, Vorenthalten von versicherten Leistungen hat hier System. Im Schadenfall absolut kein verlässlicher Partner, leider in meinem Fall wegen Kfz-Herstellergarantie nicht austauschbar. The Assistance literally leaves the customer out in the rain. Underground service and faulty organization run through the entire process, withholding insured services is a system here. Absolutely no reliable partner in the event of damage, unfortunately in my case not exchangeable due to the manufacturer's warranty.

Produkt wahrscheinlich gut, Service unterirdisch- und nein, Alles passt nicht unter den Corona Teppich, da liegen schon unsere Grundrechte u.v.m. Great. At the end of the insured trip, the policy comes along ... it's good that I didn't need it on the way. Product probably good, service underground and no, everything doesn't fit under the corona carpet, that's where our basic rights lie and much more.

I call again but agents now intentionally stalling my case, putting me on hold and then dropping the call. When I complained an agent called and insulted me, argued that it's all my fault because I'm incompetent - Freud would call that projecting. I am going to pursue legal action against them for breach of contract.

Allianz paid for a 5.000 Euro surgery and really helped us to get everything done. Against all odds because the guy from the hospital Dipl. Khbw. Schlögl did not want to accept the payment from Allianz and tried prevent the surgery. What an a**. But Allianz helped us and paid everything. THANK YOU SO MUCH, you saved my girlfriends health!
