Nie mehr wieder eine Versicherung bei der Allianz. Monthly debit without SEPA authorization and then having the cheek not to want to transfer the money back directly. Never again insurance with Allianz.
L	Lisa Ranftl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komischer Verein ! Zulassungsstelle nur bis 13 Uhr geöffnet. Habe mich am Freitag telefonisch erkundigt und dies anders verstanden. An der Infostelle sagte man mir, ich soll schauen, ob noch jemand anwesend ist. Mehrere Personen noch anwesend, aber ich wurde auf den nächsten Tag vertröstet, da es bereits 13:10 war. Warum man mich überhaupt noch dort hinschickte ?!?! Natürlich komme ich nicht am nächsten Tag, sondern fahre gleich zu einer von vielen anderen Zulassungsstellen in der Umgebung, die praktischere Öffnungszeiten haben. Man muss anläuten und mitteilen wo man hinmöchte, um an den Kundenparkplatz zu gelangen und wieder anläuten um hinauszufahren ?! Man muss warten bis einem die elektronische Türe geöffnet wird um hinaus zu den Liften zu gelangen? Beim hingehen öffnete sich diese nicht automatisch. Die Allianz wird mir immer unsympathischer! Habe leider viel zu viele Versicherungen dort. Funny club! Admissions office only open until 1 p.m. I inquired on the phone on Friday and understood this differently. At the information point I was told to see if anyone else was there. Several people were still present, but I was put off until the next day because it was already 1:10 p.m. Why was I sent there at all?!?! Of course, I don't come the next day, but drive straight to one of the many other registration offices in the area that have more practical opening hours. You have to ring and say where you want to go to get to the customer parking lot and ring again to drive out?! You have to wait until the electronic door is opened to get out to the lifts? When you go, it doesn't open automatically. The alliance is becoming more and more unsympathetic to me! Unfortunately I have far too many insurance companies there.
