★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unglaubliche Dreistigkeit, hält sich nicht an Abmachungen, beginnt dann cholerisch zu brüllen, unprofesionell, unseriös und herablassend unfreundlich. Selten eine so schwache Vorstellung eines Unternehmers gesehen. Weniger als ein Stern geht hier leider nicht!
Incredible audacity, does not stick to agreements, then begins to roar cholerically, unprofessional, dubious and condescendingly unfriendly. Seldom seen such a weak idea of an entrepreneur. Unfortunately, less than one star is not possible here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Werkstatt ist ein relativ kleiner und angenehm familiär geführter Betrieb. Das alleine ist eine Wohltat im Vergleich zu den konzernartig geführten großen Werkstätten in Klagenfurt. Das "Pickerl" für mein Auto war in kürzester Zeit gemacht, und inzwischen bekam ich einen Cafè und hatte ein nettes Gespräch über "Gott und die Welt" mit einem Mitarbeiter. Ich persönlich hätte gern mehr von diesen kleineren Betrieben mit menschlichem Zuspruch! Ach ja, mein "Pickerl" wurde nicht nur schnell gemacht, sondern auch preiswerter als in anderen Werkstätten! Ich kann den Betrieb nur empfehlen!
The workshop is a relatively small and pleasantly family-run business. That alone is a blessing in comparison to the large-scale workshops run in Klagenfurt. The "Pickerl" for my car was done in no time, and meanwhile I got a café and had a nice conversation about "God and the world" with a co-worker. Personally, I would like to have more of these smaller businesses with human encouragement! Oh yes, my "Pickerl" was not only made fast, but also cheaper than in other workshops! I can only recommend the operation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin empört vom Umgang mit den Kunden in dieser "Werkstatt". Nicht nur das Herr Schumi sehr rabiat und grob mit den Fahrzeugen umgeht, obendrein wird man aufs letzte angeschrien und beschimpft. Beim besten Willen kann ich so ein Benehmen nicht nachvollziehen. Das war der letzte Besuch hier !!!
I am outraged by the way customers are treated in this "workshop". Not only that Mr. Schumi deals very roughly with the vehicles, on top of that you get yelled at and scolded at the last. With the best will in the world, I cannot understand such behavior. That was the last visit here !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behandlung von Kunden äußerst unhöflich und von oben herab. Kunde ist eine Störung und nicht die Grundlage des Betriebes. Anscheinend braucht dieser Betrieb kein Geld.
Als Frau wird man nicht für voll genommen und nur verarscht.
Treatment of customers extremely rude and derogatory. Customer is a disruption and not the basis of the business. Apparently this company doesn't need any money.
As a woman, you are not taken for full and just fooled.

Herr Mag. Schumi ist ein Meister seines Fach, wenn es ein Problem gibt wird alles schnell und unkompliziert erledigt, seine Gattin servierte mir inzwischen einen Kaffee und wir hatten ein nettes Gespräch.
Ein Fachbetrieb mit persönlicher Note ! ?

Mr. Mag. Schumi is a master of his trade, if there is a problem everything is done quickly and easily, his wife meanwhile served me a coffee and we had a nice conversation.
